This looks great! I might try your technique with my favorite filling! There is a restaurant locally that has a veggie roll with cucumber, carrots, sprouts, avocado and peanut butter (apparently peanut butter is strange but it was the first sushi roll I had and I love it to this day.) Thank you for such a great video!

Ohhhh that must be so delicious. I love peanut butter to the point that I would try adding it to anything !! I even tried it with mashed potatoes, and made a video about it few years ago hahha

What a great idea to put fried tofu in sushi! I'm definitely going to try that out next time I'm making sushi. If only I could be better at making small rolls which I prefer, but I keep overstuffing :P

Lol why can't we use olive oil?

Weellll olive oil kind of has a strong distinctive taste, and having part of my family in the South of France, in my mind it's really a taste that goes with mediterranean cooking more than asian cooking ... ^^ But a lot of people cook exclusively with olive oil, and don't mind it at all ! :)
