Deworming. So jamaican old people believe that if your over weight you have worms causing you to eat too much. In that SAMe breath they people skinny people have worms because the worms are consuming everything you eat. A washout is not a nice dose of zentel. Oh no it's attempted murder. Every summer I suffered this. Your grandma makes a tea of herbs (to jamaicans bush tea), this tea proceeds to cleanse your colon. In other words you shit non stop for 2 to 3 days. Utter agony!
