If go to doctor they prescribe medicine but not explain in a details so counciling is first and than medicine so go through it amazing vedio and you will live amazing stress free life Thanks again ❤👍

Hi Saurabh, I have a couple of questions. 1) Is 120/80 still the norm for normal BP? As some studies and medicos says that with changing lifestyle and human anatomy 140/90 should be considered normal!! 2) If someone is fit, all tests are clear like ECO and TMT, have a balanced lifestyle with no smoking, drinking or junk consumption, and their BP is consistently 140/90+ as it's hereditary in all the male members of the family, what measures should be taken?
Doesn't matter whats new norm sir, but when either of a health insurance or term insurance gets rejected on the grounds of blood pressure issue. Then that's when we get to know what's the norm. The norm still seems to be 120/80. Atleast that's what I know from my recent experience
