If you use dewey on the kidd, you get more torpedo speed, better concealment ,higer Max speed of ship, higer fire starter%, and fully paced, and some battel need the 3 consumables than only 2.
A ship in my own backyard....literally not too far from the house haha.

Yup before they removed AA stat she had the AA of 45 that is battleship caliber of AA it's crazy
I personally use George Dewey for my US Destroyers Commander. With Swirski and Bey at 16, concealment goes to 5.2 on KIDD. For commander perks I use +4 torp speed, -5% concealment, -4% torp reload time, and +4% smoke dispersion and deploy. And legendary perk fully packed. Giving 3 speed boosts, smokes, and heals (kidd)
This ship is docked at the Port of Baton Rouge on the Mississippi River. I remember touring her as a kid on a school field trip 30 years ago.
The Kidd is docked in my hometown, we used to go to it for school field trips. I love playing with it. Good job on the videos man, and good luck I'm praying for ya.

@@docholiday9786 Yeah I tried but I couldn't. I'm kinda glad I didn't though because I feel as if that movie should've been about the Canadians rather than the Americans as they only had escort duties in 1942. Canada covered that route the rest of the time.

i really enjoy the kidd - a bit under rated mind you, being an owner of this ship. i would love it if you showcased this ship in a division, as i feel like that showcases what it can do as a more supportive role. other wise, keep up the awesome content!

You sank a Cruiser (New Orleans) and a battleship (Gneisenau). Still a good game and I notice the Odin was a PS player. I've noticed for awhile that they tend to do as they wish with no regard to the team.
Best ship in the game! I got the reload time of main guns down to 2.9seconds! PR is 134.1K damage. Most average games are 70-100k. This ship is underrated IMO.

Uss kidd dd 661 is my favorite destroyer also I am jealous because everyone have it in world of warships legend because it is a hard work to get it by the golden coin.

You need to use halsey! Twist n track gives you a skill that shows you the closest ship to you and it makes hunting destroyers down very easy and has tiped me off on a flanking destroyer so many times i cznt count that high. Had a game on two brothers where a dd got behind are base trying to torp are battleships but i was alerted thanks to twist n trake suddenly jumping to behind me telling me some one undetected was flanking us! Saved the game i just charged straight to the yudachi and ended him he couldint get away from me
Literally, any USN 5 gun tin can, I do not hesitate to gun nearly anything it will hurt nearly anything THEN torps
Have you ever tried controller preset 1 or 2? I switched to them a couple weeks ago but they allow you to press A to follow rounds/torps which is nice when firing at ships in cover or watching how torps are doing without aiming back at them!!

Currently I count anyone in an Odin, Sharnhorst, Warspite and any french destroyer as massive potatoes.

I feel like one day you should do a Salt Ration Complication of all of the streams. Maybe put some goofy music in the background so that it can add to the clips. I would hella watch it. 😊
The kid seems to be a pretty good gun boat, torps aren’t the best but 98k is really good!
Gneisenaus don’t like to disengage. I knew that in my atkasuki and I’m disappointed that I didn’t trust my gut because I predicted exactly where he’d be and when. Still I got 11k of him with one torp. Imagine how surprised he’d be

The warspite is better because 1rst is accurate better guns for the armor i dont know warspite is better and is a premium ship MONEYYYY

Spartan you absolutely must try the Iowa with a Willis Lee brawler build I started using it and it just feels awesome I got Willis at level 15 legendary 1 with Sims and Cunningham as inspirations

You might have to redo this video showing the power of its AA and I’m sure mod. 1 slot also now has AA perk. I’m sure this will be a very good ship in that regard now considering one of its biggest threats is carriers. I have Le Terrible, considering buying this one lol only $50 😩

Why did Spartan got in a firefight with a battleship? Wouldn't it be a better decision to remain hidden and torp the guy and also the capture base...
Because that BB kept coming after me. Also Geneisenau is pretty fast BB so disengaging isn't always possible.

You can only accelerate the progress of the Legendary ships by 40%...rest has to come from time spent accumulating the points. Don't know how much gold that 40% would cost, but I think it would be a lot...

I havent spent a dime on this game and love it. Just got the Scharnhorst Black for free. Can anyone suggest a good build for it with regular battleship captains. I dont have any of the premium skippers...

Play tiers 5 and 6 preferably in a premium ship with premium account and youll rake in the silver provided you do well.

A lot of controversial going around with this ship. Definitely is not worth what WG is selling it for. Just my opinion though
Alllll tier 6 are not worth what they selling for and Kidd is one of the better ones I have her great ships lots of history to it and movies about her and the AA is gonna be a beast against carriers when they come
