About this game:
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother.
Gameplay
The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

Taking a break from just making fun of Egg, in the actual game, I really really do not like how tanky those stationary mushroom enemies are
Honestly they have no reason to have that much health, they just end up making the room take longer for no reason
In my opinion they shouldn't have any more health than a Fatbat (who already kind of annoy me with their health but not as much as the mushroom men)

Well, he had 20-20, 5 tear delay and dealt 25 dmg when he was not in the succubus circle, so his dpm was absolutely disgusting

Hey Ryan, all boss rooms show up as 1x1 on the map, and can only have one entrance but the Delirium room is ALWAYS 2x2, so you can actually figure out which room is the Delirium one by looking at the adjacent rooms.

He mentioned a long, long time ago during one of his Afterbirth episodes that he was just going to show it on-screen and that's it.
It's very difficult to remember which one is correct when you lose about 3 runs per video.

So, I did the math, and at the end, with crown of light, he did 625 damage a second, assuming he landed all shots, with 25 damage and 5 tear delay. I found that, dividing Deliriums health by 625, his DPS, I discovered 16 seconds of sustained fire would kill him.
I mean, I suck at Isaac, but I'm pretty sure that's OP, right? Not bad for a girl with a curse and a bird.

Actually, booger tears seem like one of the best tear effects. It's basically like poison, but it scales with your damage. If you stack like 50 boogers on a stationary enemy, they'll deal 50 times the damage of your tear *per second* passively. Explosivo deals a lot of damage after a few seconds, which makes it basically useless against most bosses and even regular enemies. Everybody has the ability to teleport these days... But with boogers, you can basically stick them on a boss and deal at least a couple of ticks before they teleport, making your dps increase greatly even in the worst case. Hush seems to not lose them when he dives, which makes Sinus Infection and Nose Goblin two of the best items for fighting him. The amount of damage over time you can stack on him is ridiculous. Like, it's one of the carry effects that can win you the game by themselves. You could literally have less than base damage, and kill everything easily
I feel like NL was taunted by the U G L Y alibi insult, and now he's getting revenge by reprimanding his bullies in a way he never could before because he was a lil egg with social eggxiety.

The Glowing Hour Class can be used to fill the Donation Machine to 999 in one run!
How?
If there is a battery and the Glowing Hour Glass in the shop, you can buy the hour glass, donate to the donation machine, and when you have 5 cents buy the battery and use the hour glass, the donation machine wont reset its progress, and you can repeat it to fill it to 999!

Yooo, NL 😁! The Glowing Hourglass is good for filling the donation machine (5x), but you must have a charge ready before doing whatever shenanigans you're planning on executing. Also (and for example), at 26:08 You lost your Devil Deal "chance" because when you walked out to go get another charge, you had already fought the Boss and didn't teleport out by using the Glowing Hourglass (like you did the first time you defeated him 😵). As always, thanx for your content, I learn from watching your zany plays 💙.

fwiw, items like IV bag, razor blade, and blood rights take red HP first, but do not affect devil/angel chance.

Hey NL, in my understanding and all the times I have played Eve, The Razor, and similar items ie: bloodrights NEVER count as taking red heart damage that would ruin the chances of a devil deal.
Anyone else bugged at 27 minutes when he starts talking about devil deal chances and maths but assumes that the rolls are related? Even by going back with glowing hourglass and rerolling, the odds are mutually exclusive so at a 66% of a deal you still have a 33% chance to fail each time, not 15% or 10%! #eggpls
Booger tears is actually THE best trinket against hush. I believe it should get nerfed by dropping when he goes under.
Its effectiveness is determined by luck, if the enemy can remove it, and how long it sticks on the enemy. I believe the potential damage for one booger is 60X your damage stat so somewhere around 1K damage if it wasnt for hush armor.
I don't understand the fundamental shift in design philosophy behind Nicolas. Isaac had so much staying power that helped it be popular for so long because of fun synergies and items and now afterbirth plus has just ripped out the heart and soul of the fun aspects of it. Breaking synergies etc, even an hourglass nerf wtf like why was that nerf needed. Edmund let the people have their god damn cake and not expect modders to fix your shit. I Dunn afterbirth plus left me with a bad taste in my mouth, just feels like a big fuck u and let me have your lunch money situation I dunno...
The nerf to the blue hourglass is pretty understandable. You could max out your donation machines if you had some way of getting your charge back over and over again, like if there was a battery in the shop or you had the 9-volt when fighting greed. That's how I got to 999 for both of them.

Dull razor is just like the voodoo pin in Antibirth, it allows you to hurt yourself without taking dmg!
I don't like the nerf to glowing hourglass because it ruins an item in the MAIN game for the sake of Greed mode.
Greed mode has nerfed or buttfucked more items I really, really enjoyed than anything else in the game, and I'm not happy with it. I sometimes wish it never had been implemented.
I think we can all consider that first death a blessing. Otherwise it'd be 40 minutes of "you ain't got no alibi" rap fiesta. I'm not sure I'm ready for that.

The Egg is like crack, you watch every single episode for about 100 or so episodes and then stop and as soon as you recover from rehab another expansion or mod comes and you're hooked again

Yo NL, the dull razor item is so good. On use it activates your on hit items for free, gives you invincibility frames and can get you out of taking damage you don't want to take. With the 9 volt you can use it ever single room, so if you are rocking a soul heart build with the polaroid, you just get the three seconds of invincibility or whatever it is every room for free

I mean sure, but we're still talking about a single player game. only person you're cheating is yourself. And its not just the hourglass nerf or the void nerf, its every nerf. Krampus' Head went from an obvious choice to about on-par with the necronomicon, and maybe even worse given that the beam has a chance to spin and stuff.

The creators are just throwing a tantrum because their two new modes suck (Greed and Daily), so, rather than admitting they aren't perfect like the think they are, the two Shit themselves in angers and nerfed items so people couldn't be USE them in clever ways and beat Greed and Daily runs with them.
