Pleased to hear sorry I didn’t do it sooner but heads all over with the work I have at the moment. Still at work sometimes while fishing. Pleased you enjoyed, yes we are good hope all is well your end.
Getting there Vern thank you, family, friends, keep me going my grandson especially, take it one day at a time. Stopped beating myself up and went fishing with the boys felt a lot better my head had a chance to chill, blanked but it wasn't about if i caught not that session anyway lol,. @@fishingwithtednfamily best place to be fishing for clearing away your head for a bit nearly as good as riding a motorcycle. High levels of concentration doing that and when you get home you realise you haven’t thought of anything but riding. Keep up the fishing and every day will sort it self. All the best stay safe.

Hi mate. Great video. The weight thing. My doc put me on a strict diet. Im not aloud to eat red meat. No nuts, seeds and skin on fruits and veg. I practically live of fish or chicken with roasted veg and 1 avocado every night. Minus the skin on them. Pork is good as well no fat on it. But the thing is. I lost 15 kgs. I have not gone under or over that weight in over 16 months now. I also feel great. Gotta love getting older hahah. Well done mate. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

@VernsSeaFishing things are pretty good mate. It's definitely warm now. Was 34°c today. That time of year, it's grape harvest. So i have been pretty busy. I have been watching your vids mate. But because it is on the tv, i don't get to comment and 👍🏻 up. I should just go back and 👍🏻 up all of them, hhahah. I watch on weekends. The only time i can get to watch them.
