Hello everyone, my name is PixellBytes and I'm the creator of the mod being featured here! First off, big thank yous to Larian and WolfheartFPS for spotlighting my mod here! Second, if anyone is looking for this mod, you can find it by searching for "Adjustable Party Limit" within the in-game mod manager or on Mod-io. I plan to continue supporting this mod with both quality of life updates and bugs fixes, and I also plan on making more mods to make this one more enjoyable! If anyone is worried about the effect this mod might have on balance, I am currently developing a difficulty adjustment mod called "Tactician Enhanced" which will add additional ways to make the game harder, including options to have the difficulty scale up as your party grows. I will be releasing that mod within the next two weeks on the same platforms Adjustable Party Limit is on, so stay tuned for that!
I had an idea to play with 4 tavs and did it even in early access, but this way you miss so many things connected to the companions... And your mod was such a blast for this! Played with it for a long time and super thankful for it! The difficulty adjustment for the bigger parties is something I'm really really looking forward to! Thank you very much!
@@InuzutoraArlas While I appreciate the kind words, I do feel the need to point out that I am not the creator of Party Limit Begone or any of the other popular party limit mods! I'm actually rather new to the modding scene, which is part of why I'm overwhelmed by all the support. I wanted to make this mod so there would be a "party limit increasing" mod that did not rely on script extender, so console players could play with it too! In case it matters to anyone, I will be releasing Adjustable Party Limit on Nexus later today.
What I find interesting about this mod is that you can see the reaction of all the characters during the game, without having to take that specific character to the mission just to see his interaction in the scene.
Yeah that is the best part, many times you trigger story but don't have that companion. If we could have a version of this where everyone can jump during conversation or triggers, but only the first 4 can enter combat so it doesn't break balance it would be perfect
Yeah, I can't wait to do a good guy playthrough with the whole crew involved. First up for update 7 though is an evil playthrough where I just want 4 characters anyway
Sorry about that thunderwave... I would say it won't happen again but it probably will. Especially if your name is Alfira. (thanks for the mod Pixell!)
are you sure that you weren't just subconsciously retaliating for her dropping spider mum on your head and then healing (22hp) Astarion rather than your poor nearly dead (2hp) druid? rofl
I Heard you say you didn't play that much multiplayer. I think you should play a multiplayer campaign with other BG3 streamers like Luality, and others ! It'll be fun I think !
Wolf is an OG that supported and absolutely loved BG3 way back during early access, he has consistently made great BG3 videos, guides and covered news - it's amazing to see him on the official channel. Grats Wolf!
Would love to see a continuation of this. Both you of you are very respectful and fun together. Good synergy, only gets better through more interaction. Definitely would be great to see some other mods showcased as well.
So wholesome seeing Wolfheart in official content. Been following that guy since the pre-release days. He's always had so much faith in the game from day 1, and none of it misplaced.
Just finished the Dark Urge - Become Ilithid - Dominate the Netherbrain and become a DEATH GOD ending. My god Larian, its the most amazing RPG experience of my life (and I'm a 43 year old that played ALL tabletop and videogame RPGs). YOU GUYS ARE JUST AMAZING. The only problem is that's my first play, can it be more EPIC?
The greatest thing about this game is it's near endless replayability... I've just completed a resist durge run where I had a throuple with Shadowheart & Halsin, and as soon as I work up the intestinal fortitude, I'll do a full evil durge run. I've just begun my 8th playthrough & plan to have ALL of the companions I recruit along the way in my party at all times (except of course for long rests, since we still have to reduce the party back to 4 in order to take a long rest) and will see how it goes. I suspect that by the time I get to confront the Netherbrain, I'll have a veritable *army* behind me :D
the adjustable party limit is the one mod that I wanted for console. I still don't care what other mod options there are, I just want to take everyone with me
I love the mods that give us more things to do. Like increased level cap to 20, and more party members. But I'd love ones that add more battles, more enemies, etc to balance it out as well.
And I was wondering all day if No Party Limit was already included in supported mods. My old save from March is so back ! Oh and btw thanks Larian for an amazing game and so many hours of entertainment. And thanks Wolfheart for your dedication and your work as well !
I enjoy how much Larian Studios just seems to have fun and that they included WolfheartFPS is great! Thank goodness for Update 7 otherwise I could not wait for their next game(s)!
The only downside to this video is that there isn't a mod that lets me have Aoife's voice for a custom character in the game! So I'm basically just being jealous of Wolfheart the whole time. ;) (Larian, please give us some Irish voice options for the next game!)
Omg this is the one mod I’m dying to use on console when patch 7 drops. I spawn 4 Tavs all the time using split screen so the chance to use all of them at once and the companions is a dream!!!
SO stoked for Wolfheart. One of the most underrated content creators out there. I’ll never forget on the first episode of his let’s play series on BG3, you could tell how excited he was and how much the game meant to him. This is massive for him. Gg’s Wolf!
Seeing how fun it's actually to play with all your friends in the party I actually wanna try no party limit playthrough once other good mods like 5e spells and items will be available for in-game download.
No party limit solves my problem! I’ve been taking karlach, Astarion, and shadowheart as a paladin/warlock and I really want to have gale come too without sacrificing anything. I’ve never modded before but this sounds like it might be easy enough for me. Great to see you on Larian’s channel Wolf!
Been a while since my last playthrough. Looking to bring in my Hexblade Sorlock from my current CoS campaign. Thank you for this amazing update Larian!
OMG! This is probably the number one mod I've been wanting. I've used Party Limit Begone from Nexus but this one is much smoother to use. Now I can listen to everyone's walking banter!
THIS, I been waiting on my next playthrough to use this mod with the official support and darn it if you all didn't make a video about this the next day. Larian, you know your audience. I love this game, I can't wait to use this mod. THANK YOU for this video!
The party size limit mod is the one I want more than any other. My laptop is crap so I have to wait for the console version. Take your time Larian, I need it to work pretty please.
Seeing six characters in party on screen remind me of the old “gold box games” that was based upon first edition Dungeons & Dragons. Once known as Advance Dungeons & Dragons. This looks like great fun! 😊
I'm going to have a lot of fun ramping up the difficulty harder than I usually would play and then having a party of 8 to compensate for that extra difficulty.
Okay I am definitely going to do a run with my whole gang present. I think it'll go well with my embrace durge I'm planning, recruit everyone and find out just how bad you have to get before they leave :D
When CD Projekt Red released their Witcher 3 mod tools they made a whole series of tutorials on how to use them. Something like that for these upcoming mod tools would be amazing.
One thing that has kept Skyrim alive (to this day) are things like town mods, followers, and quest mods. All of which don’t seem to be available for modding?
I haven't ran a party limit mod yet, I'll probably try it out in my third playthrough and crank the difficulty; which I don't normally do. Some of these type of mods I've read have some fine print; like disabling it or dismissing extra party members at certain parts of the game to avoid certain problems. Namely, the boat ride to Grymforge.
1) i used plant growth on the minautars. Makes it a super easy fight. 2) if you used disguise self when talking to the tiefling you get a special dialog.
The mods really are that easy to install. Just find what you want a click a button. It's awesome! (just be careful you know what you're doing since some mods might conflict with others, so don't go installing everything all at once)

Does the mod have any 'known' bugs? Like places where more than 4 people party is not supposed to be or you gotta micro manage the group?

Wolfheart on the official Larian channel!? WOW. Congrats, man!
It’s not the first time.
@@jonathanperes Barbarian Wolfheart from Panel from Hell 🥲
@@jonathanperes Still, I imagine Wolf must have been nervous ! To be chosen among all streamers/creators.
Woot woot 🎉
He has played so much BG3 since early access, so he is VERY knowledgeable about the game, good choice.

Wolfheart! How dare you 😂?!

Hurrah!
I Heard you say you didn't play that much multiplayer. I think you should play a multiplayer campaign with other BG3 streamers like Luality, and others ! It'll be fun I think !
Almost equally as hilarious is our dead bard sending up her Feather Fall scroll to the rest of the party to rescue her!
Damn you larian, just when I think I've freed myself from your grasp you snatch me right back up
What do you mean Larian? Its the modders who did the work, and this was out like less than a month after release lol.
No party limit is the first mod I'm getting on console! 💕
It’ll be awesome!!
Same! Maybe a little OP but I love everyone too much not to
@@MidnightSentinel1281 Plus if everyone 'was' in this scenario, they wouldn't limit themselves to only 4. That would make no sense. 😂
@@Jsobo28 I agree, it WILL be awesome! 🤤
Crank up the difficulty too because it gets really unbalanced.
Unlimited party size is my absolute favorite mod :D Mostly because it lets you play the songs with an entire band :D
Larian uploading long form videos like this is amazing!! Thank you so much for this incredible insight into this wonderful game.

Aoife Wilson playing the game with "us" is fantastic. Having Aoife on the team is yet another genius decision from Larian!
what's her story? I feel like I have seen her before somewhere.

Wolfheart's channel was how I learned about BG3 and was convinced to buy it. Great decision. 🙂
So proud of you Wolfheart. So many years with you and your content. Now look at you!

I did suspect something like this when Wolf said he will not post videos for a while! Exciting! Grats, Wolf!
This isn't actually why Lada! We shot this before I went away. Thanks though.
Aoife does such great work with this channel
Awesome stuff! Glad to see this channel is getting so much love
Mee too ❤❤❤😊

Wolf on a official BG3 video is just awesome ! Congratulations !
This is the exact mod I want for console so I can see all the unique interactions with all the party members
BG3 has, and continues to, win the Game of the Year award. Best game by a long, long way. Open-ended potential.
Yay!!!! Look its wolf!!
