Arko alexis Yes my information is all researched, Buddha was born in India at the time, and I agree he may look more Nepali. Though, I can assure you that Buddha was born in a Hindu family, though he was never interested. His family was pure Hindus, and when he left his kingdom to meditate, the Buddhism effect came in play. This is when a lot of Hindu priests started worrying that Hinduism will be overtaken by Buddhism, and due to that reason a king from this other kingdom tried to kill Buddha, or Siddarth. Also, Siddarth is a Hindu name, his moms name was literally named after Lord Shiva’s wife. So, I think you should research, because I know what I’m taking about. Also, you can also watch a documentary on Siddarth Gautama, and his life. You will understand, and also I follow the Buddhist way of life
Arko alexis not only that, when Siddarth was young, his dad made him go to Vedic classes. On memorizing the holy Hindu book, and guess what who his teachers were. Hindu priests! Though he never understood Hinduism, and also Hinduism did in fact exist at that time.
