extending the phone mount may make the Obsbot Me less stable, its tracking may slow due to additional weight. a dedicated (taller & sturdier) tripod should be used instead. btw, can users change the battery that's in the unit?

Hi, I need help because I still haven't been able to use smart statief, I loaded it and kept it in the box but I went to use it now and it was already unloaded. I don't know if it's calling inside the box. The instruction manual didn't come in English and I don't know which country this device is. My question is: HOW DO I KNOW IF THE APPLIANCE IS OFF SO I CAN STORE IT IN THE BOX? It's been charging all afternoon and the green light doesn't stop blinking, I don't know how many hours the charging is complete and the manual came with only one language and I don't know which country 👎🏻

I don't recall if it has a removable battery. I don't think so!
