Yep, it's technically a single axis gimbal that's perfect for desktop use in online sessions or on a tripod. It doesn't compensate for vertical movements but is faster and easier to use since you don't have to deal with all of the balancing issues a lot of other gimbals have. The other big benefit is that it requires no interaction with the phone or need you to download an app. It has an onboard camera that does all the work. Pretty cool.
