Don’t think some people realise just how good of a job Eddie Howe has done managing this season ! Also if not for 98th minute corrupt penalty in Paris we’d properly still be in champions league now ! I’ve got fingers crossed for 4th this season. Looking at the run of games spurs and villa have. I know it’s asking / expecting a lot but I genuinely believe we are capable of
@@TheSAG1 I'd like to think so but realistically the best we can hope for is 5th, Spurs being Spurs might drop a few more points and we'd need to win all our remaining games which given our injuries seems doubtful. Villa's win against Arsenal will give them the confidence to finish strong and realistically I can't see them losing any of their remaining games, maybe Chelsea and Liverpool being the only matches that could be banana skins, but I think they are good for another 10 points minimum and we can only hope their European campaign takes a toll if they get past Lille tomorrow. It's possible but not very likely.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been more comfortable under a manager as much as we have with Eddie Howe, I remember his first few games where we didn’t win but just seeing the change was massive
Couldn't love Eddie anymore. He never embarrasses himself with outbursts in the media, never disrespects the players, always appreciates the fans and is grateful for his place in the club. Comes across as a genuinely honest and warm guy. Long may he stay here

If Eddie gets us a European place considering all the crap we have had this season then I'd give him a contract for life. It would be a better achievement than getting in the CL imho. 😮
I'd rather we'd miss out on European football next season. Next season we can have a good go and try to get as high up the league as possible (Champions League/Title) and have a right go at winning a cup next year. With a few new signings and a fully fit squad we can shock the league!
I would love it if we qualified for Europa League. There’s an outside slim chance we can still qualify for Champions League 😂. Spurs have 4 tough fixtures to play if they don’t win any of them and we win the majority of our remaining games, we can finish 5th, which could be enough for Champions League.
The thing is bridges, although Eddie was careful with his words what he couldn’t say was yeh the fans have mostly been annoying as fc and over expected. That’s been the down fall of our season. We smashed spurs Eddie is the king but if we lose next game let’s say, it’ll be Eddie our talk again. The fans have ridiculed and been ridiculous. Not just emotion and not just a small group of them it’s the majority sadly. Like it or not. Pope was a huge loss. The fact Wilson willock and linton have dipped in and out. Extra games and a stupid pre season in boiling heat. Lots of stuff but lot look forward to. People need wind their necks in. We won a few and suddenly all is fab again. Felt sorry for Eddie!
