NEMA even if they are understaffed,they have what to tell us on why they don't put good sized sign posts in each village at the site where they have interest so that selling and buying of that land can stop as they plan to displace the few they found.instead they have not put notice,people kept selling and increasing while investing to such a big loss.for that reason therefore they a liable to composite any house they demolish. Court shd take action and intervene.
That’s a very lame excuse that they have less staff to monitor the wetlands. There are many other local council bodies that they can cooperate with to monitor those wetlands. And too much funds are being allocated for NEMA to do all their activities in the budget. Where do those funds go then?
My question still would stand Y and h do come out the blue to evict the local citizens while Indians in Rose bud are still standing now you come to innocent Ugandans atleast you would say or put up a strategy that no one would build in those areas but wen u saw they will do nothing then u attacked
