I like how Pearl looks like Little Red Riding Hood as an axe murderer. It fits.

@meperso thank you for making me check my facts lmao. In the more known versions (brothers Grimm), a hunter comes in and axes the wolf, and little red riding hood helps put stones inside of the wolf's body, drowning the wolf.
There was another animatic like this where she was an axe murderer little red riding hood. It's called W.I.T.C.H. Just type in witch double life animatic and it should be good.
she also looked like she tamed the wolf
seeing how you drew grian and scar's final deaths (to a warden shriek) really puts into perspective just how painful a death like that would be realistically... that being said, i love how you depicted everyones' final deaths! it really captures the feelings they were experiencing!
I just noticed grians glasses are broken from the warden shriek that’s such a cool detail!
Yeah, definitely. Plus I think Scar's ears are bleeding, which shows their link and the fact that a shriek powerful enough to cause damage would rupture a person's eardrums.
Another thing I noticed was that I think Grian was crying, being the only person still in the deep dark at that point, his death was him being scared and alone.
The death message does say “obliterated by a sonically-charged shriek.” It sounds painful from that alone, it’s probably one of the worst ways to die in Minecraft.

I love how the desert duo is so iconic as the desert duo that they’re still called that even when there isn’t a desert on the server. Although they do monopolize the sand again, so it fits.
I love the shot with Tango apologizing for killing Jimmy, while sitting in the tree and looking so devastated. It just how I imagined it lmao
This is literally so fun! It feels like an intro to a sitcom mixed with an anime opening, showing all the different pairings and then the antics they get up to together. The way you did the soulmate strings binding them was so cool too! The way it wraps around different parts of the environment and the players, and all the different moments! Big fan of it all, it's almost like a quick recap of the season!
I just realized that whenever you do the little flashes with the characters in them, it’s showing who’s still alive. Genius.
Not only that, the second series of flashes also dictate in which order the deaths will happen next.
I am enamored with this. This is the type of video that you pause every frame and just stare at it for a few seconds
I had to watch it at half speed to take in all the gorgeous details!
It's a one and a half minute vid and it took me 5 minutes to finish because I kept pausing to stare at EVERY FRAME. 😭

I love how the souls bound can also be seen as the string of fate in regards to the deaths like with bigb and ren when it sort of looks like it wraps around the stalactite. Beautiful and so well done

I mean they were never able to actually homewreck anyone, but it was very fun watching them try!

STOPPP I LOVE THIS SONG AND SERIES! The intro bit with everyone’s photos and then the depiction of everyone’s deaths was my favorite part but oh my goodness this whole video was fantastic! 10/10! 😆❤️👍
What about them being at their bases? There's a little scene of them doing something at their bases that we can easily recognise, like Scott and Cleo doing the axe crit on the bridge.
I love this! The frames are basically just full-on illustrations, it’s almost a shame they show up on the screen for such a short time!
I just realized that almost all soulmates died together. Except for Jimmy and Grian, who died completely alone.
Edit: It’s also terrible thinking on the other side of things, for Tango and Scar. One moment everything was fine, and then it wasn’t.
the way it is depicted here is so sad. Both of them are scared and alone, dealing with monsters much bigger than themselves. Grian had his eardrums imploded, and jimmy was probably ripped to shreds by the enderman.

Epic animatic :DD i like how it's divided into two parts, one when everyone's at 3rd life, and one when everyone's at their last life, and it matches with music as well!

NOOOO, you cant do this to me. Grian laying deaf and dying in a cave while Scar is on the surface bleeding from his ears! I never thought of it but sonic shriek probably does implode your eardrums.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS!!! The string of red is so prominent with everything else being in shades of gray,, and all the character designs for the duos are gorgeous

I had to rewatch this in half speed because it was so incredible! It was really fast paced so I went back to be able to appreciate the drawings more and I’m so glad I did. This is amazing!!

I love scotts bitch face at the start and then his sweet face at the end, love the red line showing deaths, rendogs was great, and pearl with the axe and the dogs going for zombi and etho in the portal frame, huge tug on the heart strings with grian and scar separated at death

I'm 8 months late here, but this is so good! Your designs for everyone are amazing and this all really reminded me of how much I loved Double Life for the soulmate mechanic. I'm def gonna have to go back and rewatch it as soon as Limited Life is done

This showed up on my UA-cam recommended and I watched it again. I think this is my favorite animatic to come from the double life series. It led to the song becoming my favorite, it has SUCH cool frames, and it just so fun!

I've been watching this on repeat and I've only now noticed how, throughout the entire video, the string of fate is connected. It's not until Scott blows himself up does it disconnect for a brief moment, showing that he ended his tie with Pearl on his own to save her
