This is one of the worst rust conditions on a 64 I have ever seen. This one makes mine look like a gem....Great work
Thanks for watching !
Great work boss! Actual work being filmed and an explanation on what’s being done, can’t get better then that. Definately helps the impala fans.
Thank you !
This guy knows his stuff. Grate work grate skills.
That's awesome ! Thanks !
Wow !!! you cut that car up ! I can't wait to see it go back together.
Yes Sir !
@@guzzifabrication3448 i want to do the same thing to my car
@@angelsanchez2845 Nice...
Maybe it's just me... but what I have seen so far on your channel.....the amount of detail your methods, choice of tools used.....the overall work done( your work) should be what all others in your industry should be compared to your.... work is the finest!
Wow !!! Thank you ! I strive to be the best craftsman I can be for my customers. Thanks for watching !
@@guzzifabrication3448 Your one of a kind ... there may be many that do what you do but what I find is the level of thought of careful planning & choices made that makes you very different than others out there.
@@FrisellFan01 that's a very generous comment I'll do my best to live up to it thank you
@@guzzifabrication3448this commenter is spot on. Watching your work vs other channels makes other shops look like sloppy rookies. Exceptional craftsmanship man
@@reality-winner5759 That means alot ! I appreciate your support of my channel !

Thank you Sir !
Keep up the good bro like always always enjoy watching your videos
Thanks For supporting the channel !!!
I'll be doing the drivers side quarter panel and wheelhouse on my 63 Biscayne this summer. I'll be watching your videos a lot. Thanks!
I am replacing the inner/outer wheel house as we speak.
Putting in that work nice
Have to take care of my customer, thanks for watching !
This is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever seen.👌
That's awesome, Thank you, to me the shop condition is a reflection of what to expect from a shop.....
🔥 as always.
Thank you for supporting the channel !@
Watched your resistance welder video.. I have the same harbor freight 220V.. Something I did was purchase a set of 12 inch tongs that are compatable with the harbor freight spot welder.. They give you much better reach and options.. I purchased mine on Ebay for 79 bucks..
I did the same, HUGH improvement ! I'll have a video out on that upgrade shortly. Thanks for watching.
4:14 These videos are great. The best instruction out there. My 72 Plymouth had the wrong (side marker light) quarters sectioned on some years ago. The work is crap. Not knowing how the brand x replacement quarters are, I'm hesitant to take them off completely. Glad to hear you mention the fit of new panels.
Yeah I've already noticed some issues with the new Quarter.....

Great work
This Impala is actually pretty nice to start with even with the damage and rust.
@@guzzifabrication3448 and you make it look so easy
You are too kind in regards to your comments about the quality of reproduction panels. Nice update!
I know right.... thanks for watching !
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks !!
You certainly are talented if you can do that much cutting and then get it all back together straight. Whose quarter panel replacement parts are you going to use? I bought AMD. Were they good, yes. Were they great, no. I had trouble lining up my fuel filler area. Also, the body line where the door meets the quarter in the middle of the door was wider on the AMD than the original door. I wish I knew 1% of what you know. Can't wait to see how this project turns out. Keep the videos coming.
I have an upcoming video on that subject....
Are you gonna repair or replace the inner rear wheel house? I messed up by not keeping the trunk weather strip channels on. I had to measure/fit/adjust the crap out of my quarters/rear taillight bezel/trunk panel to make sure the trunk closed correctly. Nice job man
Probably repair them, but not definite. I'm glad you got it all worked out... it doesn't take much for things to go south....
Have you ever thought about just building an entire car like this from new body parts? Is that possible on any year model Impalas, based on part availability?
I know almost all panels are available for cudas, camaros, chargers, tri fives, yes a guy could build a complete vehicle from a catalog and apply for a V.I.N ( that would be the difficult part... )
@@guzzifabrication3448 thanks for the insight!

😀👍
Thank you !!!
What was the reason you chose a plasma cutter on the 64 vs a wheel cutter on the 62? New tool? better tool? Specific need for a 64?
Great question, if there is any body filler in the area you are rough cutting, you don't want to use a plasma cutter a cutoff wheel is much better.
15:54 hello.did you decided on the inner fender well? patch it up or replaced it? Have a good day 👋
Just replaced today.
Did you get a good mark or dynacorn trunk floor? I got a good mark brand and the dang mounting bolts at the body mounts aren’t the same size. They are significantly smaller.
Goodmark, we'll see how it fits
@@guzzifabrication3448 seemed to fit well. Only thing I noticed was the frame mount bolts on that brace are small. Smaller then factory. The original and new bolts are too big. I’m curious if it was just mine or if all of those trunk pans are like. Aftermarket stuff man they skimped whenever they had a chance 🤦♂️ but wanna charge these crazy prices.
Hey Sir,
How long is your waiting list?
About 12 months
Sorry to bother you I just have a quick question I see and all your videos you use weld through primer would you be able to let me know what brand you use and thank you very much
No bother brother, SEM zinc weld or U-pol weld through primer are the most common weld through primers, the most important thing is that the primer contain zinc.
How much does something like this cost?
