I just LOVE that Alfalfa look Cash is sporting! I have extremely fine hair yet at the age of 61 and I fully appreciate how he could care less about his flyaways and rooster tails!. I must say that the world of cross-stitch has come a long way since I started some 45 years ago but I like seeing everyone’s ideas on new ways to accomplish different looks in stitching. Yay! I’ve been waiting for this! I have my dyes ready to go but I wanted to see your tutorial first! I went to my local LNS this past week and bought some inexpensive remnants! I think I might give this a go very soon! I love using your coffee tea dye method! I have some beautiful pieces ready for floss!

This is awesome! I dyed some a few weeks back and did it the stove top method. It sure wastes a lot of dye. I like this much better!
