Hi JB , a question what track is better do a track in after than put it on cinema 4d or can i track in cinema 4d , is there some advantage?

There are advantages to using the c4d native tracker, for example you can exclude parts of the video from being tracked, it's also easier to position 3D objects using the c4d generated track points for references to position. If you just need to perform a simple track then AE gets the job done well.
