It’s sad to see small places go commercial but thankfully for now there are still some great small villages in England to see. I can’t wait to visit from America to see all of the Cotswolds.
The drone footage was quietly breath taking. The filming of the village beautiful.Thank-you Ross.Thank-you Robin for the history of the area, the description of the whole village, church and atmosphere.Wonderful.
I was raised in Mickleton, NJ, USA, and didn’t realize there was another Mickleton. I will be visiting the Cotswolds this November and it is definitely on my list of places to visit. Thank you.
I recall its long, rather charming high street. That was some 20 years ago when I did a delightful walk across some nearby fields and hills to Chipping Camden - catching glimpses of Burnt Norton through the trees. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the church or nearby Hidcote.
Not as gentrified as the Chipping Norton/Kingham area but a huge amount of new development in Mickleton and nearby villages. A necessary evil, I guess.

Thank you for another lovely video, Robin and Ross!
Love a visit to Mickleton, and The Pudding Club is worth partaking in 😋! Thanks for another great video.
Hi Richard, Once again the breath of clean english air you bring us from the quiet places in the Cotswold, refreshes like few things can.
Loved the drone footage of the steam engine! Good to see you and the pups out and about.

So nice to see a gentleman who removes his hat in a church. Here in the USA, that's as long gone as wooden nickels.
I love these old churches. Thanks for sharing!
Perfect Sunday afternoon. Very relaxing as always. Thank you.
Perfect and lovely as always!❤❤❤

That Foxglove flower at 2:09 must be six feet tall.

Gloucestershire is far prettier than Oxfordshire.
