Great content 👌 and speaks so well to the Fried Egg brand of helping golfers better understand golf architecture through storytelling. Love the little illustrations too as a way to show some of the contouring which you don't see on the broadcast.
This is excellent, love the illustrations. I can't help but think a guy like Spieth is going to thrive here considering the number of crazy recovery shots that this course is going to demand
It has shades of Augusta National in the way the holes drape on and around the slopes and creek valleys… which isn’t a huge surprise considering Maxwell’s involvement there, it surely showed him some things. A beautiful routing
Looks a bit like Augusta - and just so happens to be Scottie Schefflers favourite course. I picked Scottie to win the Masters weeks before it started, and I'm picking him again for the PGA because why not.
Love the idea of short grass instead of deep rough around the greens. Deep rough is punishing but rather random and boring watching guys try to chop it out and random chance playing a large role in the outcome. With short grass you can fly balls to the target, bump and run, bring them in low etc. The guys that hit it long with a great short game this week should thrive here. Congratulations Jordan on the Career Grand Slam!
Thanks Rory!

Man Gil looks like he could be Soly’s older brother
Excellent call.
I was looking for this comment. Could be Soly in 20 years
Came here to comment this exact same thing
I'm sure Soly is blushing
Great resource for preparing to play the course!

Keep up the brilliant work Fried Eggers, I’ve never been so pumped for a PGA.
Thank you for the amazing high quality content! Fantastic cinematography and information as usual. Please stick with it.
Great restoration work, should be a fun event.

Thanks...that was great.
Love the golf dog at the 4:45 mark.
Man would I love to play this course. Amazing design.
i’ve played it many times and i can tell you it has that just magical sort of feel as if your playing something out of 1930 and it’s also tough
Great video. Love hearing Hanse talk about great design
Thanks for watching!
Southern Hills looks great! What a transformation. Should be an exciting PGA.
That was so relaxing
I wish they'd move the PGA back to August. I hate that the majors are over so early in the year now.
I’ll be there for the Friday round. Can’t wait!!!!
The course looks fantastic!
Looks nice and well thought out
great stuff guys. the Tour Junkies guys were talking ya'll up for your Gil Hanse interview this week so i checked it out.
Played just before the resto….looks fantastic and harder now!!
So psyched
What old is new again. I absolutely love playing old school designs, As a Canadian the closest we get to that is the late great Stanley Thompson.

Awesome video. 👌
Think the 8th will surprise some of the top guys. That green is tough.
Looks like it should be a fun test.
I play a game on my computer called PGA 2K21 and I created this course for it using LIDAR. It's a beautiful course, it will be a challenge.
so good
Ball strikers course. Rahm looks good.
Beautiful, dangerous and difficult. "She's" gonna be a challenge.
I clicked on this thinking this is a fried egg cooking video
B-but muh Bedminster!
Where's scuba Steve
Shame that it's private and nobody can play it
Thank God Andy has a different narrator now. Hardest voice to listen to in golf
Is Gil Hanse depressed or something?
Dude he looks old.... someone give him a coffee before his next interview
