I spent a hard summer in 1990 helping stack the stone blocks along the creek in front of #12. They may have rebuilt it but it looks the same. Convinced me to go on to college.
@@kinglangren practice rounds and the first two rounds will all be in the 90s with muggy conditions. But yes if you just come for championship weekend you will feel nice.
Henryetta golf course is a Perry Maxwell course. So to all you that want to play an awesome designed course for under 30$ a person, come on! Henryetta is 40 miles south of Tulsa on highway 75.
God this place looks pure. I am hoping for an abundance of creek carnage now that Hanse shaved down the sides and rolled the edges of the green. Gonna be electric.
Man the amount of bunkers around those greens are brutal. No wonder it's known for being a difficult course. Flag shots seem very unforgiving. At 9:36, does that bunker in the back have a couple grass patches in the middle of it? IDK if I've ever seen that before.
The 18th is similar to the 18th at Augusta in that, unless you have stood there, you genuinely can't appreciate just how uphill that approach is, nor how small the green looks when you're trying to hit it.
Very tough test. The players are lucky it won't be over 100 degrees like it was for the PGA in 2007. Saturday is going to be a LOT cooler than Thursday.
Well it looks like old Southern Hills held its own with winner at -5. The best shot makers win at SHills, not the longest drivers. What makes the course so special. The topography of the land. You can hit 325 straight as an arrow in fairway and more times than not you’re getting an uneven lie. Comments on -20, -12, -8 didn’t age very well I’d say and yes, I’ve played there several times.
I could never play this course & neither could other high handicappers unless your score doesn't matter. Nearly every shot is on a slope of some kind which is death for us. We have enough trouble with perfectly flat lies.
Please continue this series forever, until there’s nothing but 1 star courses left
"The green is guarded by a legion of divots unfilled by the aloof and inebriated, while the bunkers are themselves a water hazard..."
And then do the 1 star courses as well.

Can we do this series for every major? Truly great stuff.
Whoever’s idea it was to make these videos did not get paid enough. Please do not ever stop doing these!!

Long, hilly and beautiful course, with Tulsa weather going to be hot and muggy. Going to be a fun championship!
Actually it’ll be in the 70’s

Lovely to see this before the pga. Helps one to imagine and appreciate the shots that the pros will be entertaining us with.
Please do more of this series!
Very well done with this video! The course looks so tough, should be a fun tournament to watch!
This is literally the best video about a course I’ve ever seen. I’ll watch every one you produce.
Congratulations to JT for his major and amazing playoff battle.
Best series on UA-cam. Can’t wait for PGA
Such a beautiful course! I had fun walking with the pros as a standard bearer.
Gorgeous and will provide a great backdrop for this year’s PGA Championship, it will fun to see how the course treats the pros.
Awesome video of a truly remarkable course!! Well done!
Wonderful series of videos.
Best golf series on UA-cam
In my opinion speith is the favorite he is in great form coming in and this course sets up for his game very well.
except he isnt the most accurate driver, Cam Smith and Rory have a good chance I think. Who knows though, would love to see Jordan get it done
Amazing course!!
Those two Par Fives are some of the best designs I've ever seen. I love the fact that they are "three" shot holes for almost all the Pros playing.
As par 5s should be. Want to see these wild hitters struggle this weekend lol
Wonderful presentation.....now I can't wait to see the PGA. I bet I would have trouble breaking 120 on that beast.
Great video. Good narration. Which every one was like this. Thanks.
Would love to make one of these one day. Stunning clips per usual
Duncan, 5* stars buddy. Great presentation and review of a great course.
I'll be headed down there for the first time,May 19,2022f. Gotta see Tiger! Period.
This course looks like a monster
Mannnnn im gonna have to make the Trip to Tulsa what a beautiful hidden gem.

Riverside in Austin TX, too. Bunkers in front of EVERY Green, just like southern hills
I’ll be there for the Friday round! Narrow fairways and small green, very difficult course
First rate presentation!
Very well done!
stunning
awesome field, lets go
My favorites this week are Kuchar, Fitzpatrick, Cameron Smith, and Rahm.

Thanks. Beautiful. Lush. Scary.
Wow, looks really hard. There's going to be a lot of bunker shots the next 4 days.
Good stuff !

Another excellent video. I must say I miss Ron Whitten narrating as his voice provides that same comfort of David Attenborough's
This was eloquent.
It looks like a tough test.
I echo some others. Would be great to have such clips for each of they majors and maybe the players championship too.
Wake up babe, new “Every Hole At” video just dropped!
Super cool video

Give the writer a raise.
Can we have one of these for every major at least?
Perfect
This is at least 1000 yards longer than my country club course.
Can you do sahalee cc ?

Cmon Tiger!
Isn’t it southern hills with an “s”?
yup
Please correct the title to add the S, thank you.
13 is ridiculous
take a shot everytime he says "tree clearing"
jesus

Why even play the tournament... according to the big media just give the trophy to Mr Woods
I don't like a single change they made other than the tree removal
Ahh Oklahoma...where a beer is $20, and the women are either barefoot and pregnant, or get sent to Prison. Sounds lovely.
Jesus loves you all and died for our sins.
Way to many 500 plus par 4’s.
The announcer talks as if Hanse Wagner is one person... They are not.
I think he means it like Coore-Crenshaw
