Beautiful property with lots of potential and great living. Are their stores, food markets, other amenities in the town or does one have go to a larger city to buy food and necessities?
As far as we know there are a couple of cafés in the village and a new, monthly, local producers market.
10 minutes drive away in Miguel d' Acha there are more cafés, bakery and small minimarket. Penamacor is 20 minutes in the opposite direction has a bit more with schools, medical centre, vet, supermarket, pharmacy, opticians, hardware shop, agricultural supplies, lots of cafés, etc.
Aldeia de Santa Margarida is set in a very rural part of Central Portugal... Castelo Branco is the nearest city 40 minutes by car.
Making the countryside expensive for locals...good job

Everything was great until you mentioned about the shared land ....thank you but, no thank you.
It's a shared driveway to the garages. The large garden to the back of the property is very private to the house.
No heating apart from one fire place?
There was a system where warm air rising warmed upstairs. Do contact the sellers to find out more about that if you're interested.
