A judge is a Taurus that is chambered for a 45 long colt and a 410 shotgun shell. Telling the girl to wait in the truck is saying you don't need to see what is about to happen. Was in similar situation years ago (didn't kill the bastard but put him in hospital for long time, and would do same now even as old as I am), where I live, got a 25 dollar fine and a wink from the judge. Bastard left the area on recommendation from judge and never heard from again. Love your reaction.

    >> Every Southern woman knows what "wait in the truck" means ...man fixin' to take care of some business. ✔️
    >> When you shared that you came from a home where your Dad abused your Mom...🥺💔 and if someone like this had just helped her...I cried.
    >> Every abused woman prays for someone like this to make it stop.😢
    >> In this story, I think maybe this hero grew up in an abusive home & was determined to not stand by once he was grown. That's why he stopped...that's why he didn't have to ask her so many questions...that's why he knew exactly what had happened. And THAT'S why he helped her, even though she was a stranger.
    >> Unfortunately, doing what's "legal" and doing what's RIGHT can be 2 different things. This guy did what was right.

Such a powerful song. I understand and can appreciate what he did, but I'm more of the old mindset of getting a few buddies together and taking him out back and beating the everliving daylights out of him first, encouraging and helping her leave him, but the next time he lays a finger on a woman or a child. . . Big tall tree and a short piece of rope.

As for the content of the song he was right for what he did and the "justice" system got it wrong. Really? He was right for what he did? I hope you don’t represent Country music Christians, or have a daughter you hope will grow into an independent woman!
I read through our constitution again just now, you know the document country fans and so many others hold on high, just bellow the bible, and could not, for the life of me, find anything about when its ok to be judge jury and executioner.
I checked that book since it was right there, and there’s Latino guy in there by the name of Jesús, and his dad, El Señor Dios, who specifically forbid any humans from judging fellow humans, especially if it led to murder, which is like on his top 10 list or some shit.
The “hero” in this story and the lack of forethought by commentators in such matters is why the cycle of abuse is so rampant in this country, a real man doesn’t need brute force, an act of violence, or to take a life to be a hero. The acts in this video and ones you speak of are for the insecure feeble minded misogynists.

Something that nobody picked up on initially before the album this is on came out was the fact the entire song title is in lower case, the entire album The Mockingbird and THE CROW (stylized that way) is split into country songs and rock songs, the country songs are all in lowercase while the rock songs are in capital letters. This is a really good song, their live performance at the CMAs really showed the world who both of these artists are too

If you would like to see more on Lainey Wilson, she is an actress in the series Yellowstone. She also sings with other artist and does music of her own.
The judge under the seat that the song refers to is the Taurus Judge. A hand gunge chambered for both the 45 cal and the 410 shot gun shell.

I think your dad might like Hardy’s new album with some of the rock influences in it. Should do some more songs from it. If you look at the album tracks, start at MockingBird and the Crow till the end of the album. I really suggest “radio song”

It speaks alot about what abusive people should think about that there's people out there that grew up that way and that's a ptsd thing and can be a trigger 💯 never acceptable. My favorite part is the waiting on the front porch smoking one of his cigarettes waiting for the cops to come don't be alarmed didn't happen but just speaks about what can go through someone's mind

The first person he is talking to I think is a reporter, it is after he has been sent to prison. And it would be quite a story as presented. And as of 2016 for the record there are at least 180 men and a few women who are in Texas Prison system for manslauther or worst over abuse case related events.

Everything happens for a reason. When I'm having a bad day that is what I remember, that everything isn't by chance. It's a planned life given to us. So as I tell my loved ones think of the best three that came to here at this moment. When they list them they remember only good and you can't believe how much it can change your perspective of the negatives going on around you. Life isn't ment to be easy, but a training tool to help others not see or do what you have to get here.

Hardy is great. You should definitely check out The Mockingbird and The Crow. Kind of a mix of country to rock. I would do the lyric video if possible. Hardy has written I think ten number one songs for other artists, such as Blake Shelton and others.
