I know this video is four years old as I write this, but I always wonder why so many people do these videos without a walk up to the property, and then through the front door, and then meander through the interior, and ending with a walk through the back door and a look back at the house. My favorite space in this video was your back yard.
I live in a 1080 sqft house. Raised 3 kids in here = 230 sq ft/person and no one flattened anyone else. Bunk beds, combination dresser/wardrobe, we made it work. Been here 42 years. My point is no matter the size of a place you occupy it's the love between those within that make a house a home.

We never use sheets, they just get bunched up, they’re so annoying. Comforters or blankets I’ve knit. We use multiple blankets on the bed so there’s no fighting lol

hahah, it is a cabinet on the top, then a microwave, then a stove, then an oven. Not the most convenient, especially if Lisa and I want to cook anything together, but works well enough for the space :)
Ahhh! So glad I'm not the only one with disdain for the top sheet. My wife and I are very much American, but have a clear no top sheet rule. We have to save them and store them in a linen closet to use when our family comes to stay with us because they don't understand why we don't use the top sheet 😆
Same! My husband and I are American, but we have banished the top sheet oppression, and use separate twin sized duvets as well. No struggles for the blankets, and we each get the weight of filling we like. It's perfect! I encourage everyone to try it. The duvets can overlap for cuddling, so no worries there. ;)

I never put a top sheet on! In fact I usually sleep on the comforter or bedspread, and cover up with a fuzzy plush fleece blanket . Works perfectly
