      Ross - After the first pullback, you always say to get in with the first candle to make a new high. BUT your drawings only show candle bodies. So, do you get in when when the new green candle breaks above the BODY of the previous red candle? Or does it have to break above the WHOLE previous red candle - topping tail and all?

      To be the actual confirmation it would have to break over the wick which sometimes leaves little room for profit on the previous high and more risk on a stop at the low of the pullback really making it hard to get a 2:1 P/L.

      @PixelPedagogik 4 місяці тому

      @@deanbartosh613 You buy when the current candle breaks the previous high, the wick, not the body. The previous high does means literally the "high".

    Hi Ross, thanks for the video, as usual , very interesting and useful information. But, I wanted to highlight something that I rarely see you talk about , which is the HIGH RISK of using the buying power. you mentioned that using buying power helps growing you small account significantly which is good . But I think using the buying power is the riskiest way to below your account from one trade. assume you entered a trade and pick a bad timing and the price of the share started to decrease after your entry by 10%. if your broker allows 5x leverage , it means you below half of you account right there. and of course we want to take a revenge trade and jump to very next trade just for the sake of anger and desperate, next thing you know and the share price decline by 10% one more time in the new trade, by using the buying power, you kiss you account good bye very fast. that is why I believe it is very necessary to talk about the risk of using the buying power before we talk about the advantages especially for the beginners.

      But you didnt consider that he said your max loss should only be 7-10cents, and I assume you that you have the discipline...so how could you be down 10%, are you jumping into trades of $5K, and then holding and praying, dont you have stop loss in place? are you trying to make $5k a trade and the mere fact that you mention anger, desperate and revenge trade then maybe you are not comprehending anything he says. Maybe you are not fit for this.

      I think the point is not to just trade if the stock is more likely to work against you though. It'd help a lot more to stick to a stock with a lower insitutionally owned share percentage. And if you're accustomed to a certain stock's price action on the tape, and how it's reacting to daily/intraday/premarket support/resistance- you should be good most of the time even if you don't know where it'll go. Because you'd at least be able to see the strength in the trend along all those levels

Or you get really good with charts. I am trying to do both as some trades are long. You don’t have to put 25k in, but I’m sure you can do this, and your gonna put more than 25k into school and what not so um it can’t be a lose lose. We strongly advise against mirror trading, as it does not help members to learn how to trade on their own. Rather, it creates a dependency on other traders for trade ideas which is not a long-term success strategy.
      While we do share trades in the live trading room, our goal in sharing them is to create a more proactive learning environment for our members. Rather than focusing on following our trades, they can focus on how we identified the trade setup and the reason why we took a position.
      You can find more information on mirror trading at the following link: www.warriortrading.com/why-mirror-trading-is-a-bad-idea/

    What people need to be aware of is there were also huge losses throughout this time period. Don't get discouraged, losses are guaranteed. Significant losses should be considered a requirement for long-term success. Lol

    Hi Ross
    I am a beginner and I'm taking notes, my ? Is
    Does the Volume need to be a certain amount?
    I know you mentioned RV need to be 5x, or is that the same thing?

    • @matthewcaskey1051
      @matthewcaskey1051 5 місяців тому +1

      Relative volume itself is best to go by, because it is relative to the stock you are trading. I am not as good as Ross but I trade full time so feel free to reach out if you have more questions.

    • @DaytradeWarrior
      @DaytradeWarrior  5 місяців тому +3

      RV is most important total volume is important if you want to take bigger size. Spreads get tighter as volume increaees
