They were laughing about Lucy's coment. Renee said that was strange for her to see Xena in that situation... and Lucy said that it was different to see Gabrielle on top... then everybody laugh. Then she says... "oh I didn't mean that!"

@TheaRenee22 It's just reliving the memories. You can tell when people remember exactly what they were doing, thinking, feeling when brought back to certain moments in time/life. It's facinating to watch.
Thats one of my favorites scenes in Xena History. I love Xenas look the one she gave Gaby when Gaby said "I dont believe it Xena" And the Poem was Beautiful! Tear Dropper! Everytime I watch that scene I grin like a huge sap the whole way through. :) So i guess Renee felt sappy when she watch that scene!! I dont know that Scene does that its just one of those scenes!!!

It wasn't what was in the cup, it was the cup itself. Xena gave Gabrielle a dribble cup as a prank, I guess to get her back for the fish guts gag.
