@@stefanstankovic1223 I always get confused about Church Slavonic and Old Church Slavonic. The Church Slavonic I'm used to is usually spelt in Latin characters, to my great shame. 😔
In what language are the services held? I really want to know if there are any Orthodox churches that are in E glish or even Romanian language. Please help
You've probably figured it out already but many Orthodox churches in the US do Liturgy in English. It's probably the same in other English speaking countries. Parishes that have large numbers of Romanian speakers will probably offer services in their native language as well.

I also recommend that if you attend the Xmas service on the 6th, to also attend the 7th and stay for the gathering they will have. They all eat/drink together and have food. Though you would need to know how to speak Japanese as most of them are full Japanese citizens who know little to no Russian/English.
Boki Ball Firstly, I don't understand what you say but we're unequivocally no way Latin. Secondly, Macedonia was always Greek; so says Strabo, a Greek historian, geographer and philosopher from 64 BC - 24 AD: "Macedonia, of course, is a part of Greece, " -VII, Frg. 9, Loeb. Thirdly, I don't want to commence any political discussion.
@@Michael5iLVEr There is a lot of confusion about the calendar difference, so let me set the facts straight. Early in the 20th century, the Greek Church decided to switch to the Gregorian Calendar. There was a lot of opposition over the move, with accusations made that it was a prelude to false union with Rome. But the move was made, the State Church in Greece follows it, so does the Ecumenical Patriarchate. But most other Orthodox Churches, including the Greek speaking Churches in Jerusalem and Alexandria, stay on the Old Calendar. 25 December on the Old Calendar is the same as 7 Jan on the Gregorian. The two calendars will still have this 13 day offset for a long time. But in the meantime, the date of Pascha and all the fests associated with it (those covered by the Lenten Triodion and Festal Menaion) are still on the Julian (Old) Calendar, since Pascha is too important to Orthodox Unity to have them celebrate on different dates. The only exception to this rule is the Orthodox Church in Finland, which celebrates even Pascha on the Gregorian Calendar.
@Boki Ball, the family name is Argides , from the Agridean dynasty, the bloodline of Hercules, look it up. Confirm your facts and then express any opinion. With love, from an Orthodox brother. One more thing, prophet Daniel himself verifies that Alexander was greek as he sees his accomplishments 300 years before they happen; calling him "King of the Greeks" (Daniel, 8:21)!!!!
@@Michael5iLVEr, not because it was "too important", bu t because greek orthodox churches adhered to the Eastern date rule of the Ecumenical Councils because the true church of Christ never deviated from any doctrine!

If you google search Kobe Orthodox Church or 神戸ハリストス教会 it should come up with the address. :) It's pretty close to Sannomiya Station.

I'm still a catechumen in Holy Orthodoxy, so forgive me for not knowing. What is the priest doing with the brush on the laity's heads?

It is funny that in Greek Orthodoxy we celebrate Christmas on 25th December
