Hi Ms. Paula, I am the baby of 7 children so was kinda spoiled and didnt have to cook or clean. So as an adult I wasn't such a good cooker and I was also kinda of the butt of my family cooking jokes. I was the person that got the side looks when i offered to cook something for a holiday dinner or when I brought a disk to a family gathering. So I was very discouraged about cooking. But not anymore!, THANKS TO YOU!!....Now my family & friends are requesting my cooking EVERY gathering HA! I have a confession though, at first I passed off your recipes as my own but I finally confessed because they started a rumor that I was buying the dishes out, lol.. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!.. I love to cook now, and I cook with love & confidence now! I love you, I love your spirit through the airwaves. I've always had your back in my community!!
In all the years that I have watched Mrs. Paula, to this very day, I promise that she is one of my favorite persons on this planet. She makes you feel loved and welcomed to her kitchen. She knows that good food satisfies the soul. Her smile and laugh is more contagious than....well, you know. :D May God continue to bless her and her family.
I love all of Paula's recipes but what I love the most is how Paula makes you feel like you are right there sitting in the kitchen with her! Thank you for doing these videos!!
Love this!! Thank you so much!!! When my Dad was very sick he used to watch you on tv. You were the only show he liked. Thank you for the gift of you!!!
Thank you so much for being you!!! I have been ill and separated from my family for the last 10 days to protect them. I had a very bad day yesterday and was scared to fall asleep... so to keep my mind on positive happy thoughts I kept thinking about your video and your Georgia Cracker Salad :)... and I tell you it got me through the night! During these uncertain and sometimes scary times it is a blessing to have someone like you sharing your love for cooking and your desire to help.
Lawdy! Lawdy! Lawdy! I've missed you and your show so much, Paula Deen! Let me get serious for a moment. I am a woman of color and I forgave you. Why can't your studio executives do the same? Everybody deserves a second chance, Paula. If they can put an empty show like The Connors AKA Roseanne back on the air - why not your show? Your show was educational and fun for folks everywhere. Plus, I've yet to find ONE human being (just ONE) who hasn't made a myriad of mistakes that they're ashamed of and regret - myself at the top of the list. I'm looking forward to seeing you once again on the Food Network. Love Ya!

Paula, SO happy that you have decided to make quarantine cooking shows!!!!! Please tell Bobby thank you for asking why you were not doing UA-cam videos???? Such a brilliant idea!!! I have to try you recipe for Georgia Cracker Salad!!! Thanks for sharing. And SO happy that you and yours are safe and pray that ya'll remain that way!!! Love you!!!
I love Paula. I know she went through a hard time but people don’t understand where we live. I live 42 miles from Savannah in the Lowcountry and this place is hard-core. I’m going to tell you people want to keep you down. And boy oh boy they try to destroy people who are not the upper Echelon. And if you get success for yourself and get out from underneath their tight little good old boys network system grip you better believe they are going to do everything in their power to ruin your life. Matt Lauer reminds me exactly of the people who live in the low country.
@@chefevilee9566 I never cared for Matt Lauer and never understood his appeal. He always seemed like a huge douche-bag. But when I saw his interview with Paula and the way he treated her, I hated him! And who knew that at the very same time he was fostering his own scandal. What a hypocrite!!
A quick salad: Can grean beans Cut tomatoe Cut onion Mayonnaise Croutonz U mix all veggies with some mayo..before serving mix in croutonz....the best salad ever!
Good morning Paula it is so good to see your face I know quarantine has got some people going crazy but I'm a homebody so I don't really mind anyways it's so good to see you please do another one I have always loved you and anyway I get to see you well that means that's going to be a great day God bless and take care and stay safe and please come back now year
I don't know of anyone at home, cooking for their families or themselves, that don't lick their fingers or taste their food as they go along with their recipe... that being said, I am lovin' these "at home" videos. Your joy and expertise in the kitchen is awesome! You know, my Nana always told me that "if you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything. Keep up the good work, Ms. Paula.
Love love love love these cooking videos. I love “sitting” in the kitchen with Paula and learning new recipes. Thank you. Been a follower of Paula for years and years.
Woman, you just keep licking your fingers.. I do it in my home.. I have to make sure its good. No one else is eating your cooked dish at your home. You are not cooking for a group of people who are paying for a plate you cooked. So keep licking your fingers.. I can imagine all of your cooking is delicious. Love and always have loved watching your shows. Don't stop recording. Love your laugh too .. You are all Country.. I love Country lol. Hugs to you sister
To all people on here you who you are if you don't like what Paula doing don't watch her if Paula want lick her finger go ahead you cant pleases everyone Paula keep doing what you doing i like you still cooking either on the time right now Thank you
@@piglet0091 I think she meant licking your fingers with the covid 19 problem it wouldn't be a good idea right now. If your tasting something from a pot the high heat will kill the virus but it has to reach I think around 140 maybe more. I don't think that's mean to say but normally in your own home it's fine, I love you Paula so much. Keep being yourself, you can't please everyone!
@Different People If someone in the house has Covid19, they are passing it just by breathing in the same room as others, or touching items in the house, so Paula licking her fingers isn't going to spread it any faster by licking her finger than she would just by existing in the home with others!
I love everything about you. You cook with love and laughs...can’t beat that recipe. I’d watch you just boil water because you bring light to the darkest hours. Aloha from Kauai, Hawaii.
Thanks for the positive vibes! I'm from Michigan and we're on quarantine with just essential businesses open. I happen to be an essential employee. I love to cook and try new recipes! Stay healthy and God bless Paula! 🧡
Good morning, please keep doing more videos like this, definitely going to make this salad! I watch your UA-cam videos every night to get ideas for dinner for my family. Look forward to your next video!!
As a mother of 14 kids (now all adults), and I say this proudly, I always loved watching your cooking videos when my kids were younger!! What a treat it is for this cracker salad to pop up for me today!! 🥰
PLEASE make more of these videos. Nice to talk about what is going on in our world on a daily basis. Going to make it tonight, have all ingredients. Loved you for years.....
My Mama made this All my life, and I'm now 63...she called it Saltine Cracker Salad. It was Especially Good, when Granddaddy's tomatoes came in. My Mama loved this, and Salmon Patties...they pair Well together. Thanks for the memory...I'm going to make some soon.
My grandma was a fabulous cook and baker. Her most famous cake known county wide was her caramel cake. It was my mother's favorite cake to eat.♥️ Seeing that one brought back memories. After mother couldn't be alone I stayed with her for about 3 years. I found a grocery store that had caramel cake that was really good. She was always excited when I brought one in. They weren't always there. I love salad. That one looks very good. Thank you for doing these little shows for us.
I made this two nights ago and LOVED !! I’m single so I downsized the amounts and it was perfect. Had it with baked chicken wings and a spring mix salad with Greek dressing. Thank you Paula ❤️
Ms. Dean. You and your family have and always will be my favorite cooks on TV. My husband, son and myself had the chance to stop at your resturant in TN at Pigeon Forge, TN. Have that dinner still on the tip on on tongue and will never forget that meal. Honestly do NOT think any of us will. Came home from our trip from MD to Texas and back to MD via a 32' motor home. This was our st time traveling by RV along with our 2 fur babies. Back to the food. Everything was amazing. The meatloaf, corn pudding and dessert were my 3 favorites. Usually do not like meatloaf unless it mine. Because i don't like meatloaf stuffed with a lot of fillers. Onions, peppers and other fillers. Your meatloaf didn't have that. Least no overloaded. Came home and that was 1st meal i made once we were off the road. Thanks you for coming to youtube and sharing. You are loved and missed. You keep doing and being you BOO!!! You know how to ROCK it in the KITCHEN!!! Love Ya Ms. Dean from Mrs. Tiana Kemp from Calvert County - Lusby, Maryland.
Matthew here, from Athens GA! So glad to see you still putting cooking videos out with everything going on💕 Stay safe out there! We need this entertainment right now haha Love you Paula!

By staying home and wearing masks when we have to go to the store, we’re protecting others who could catch it from us if we have it but don’t show symptoms yet. This is kind to others and kind to the doctors and nurses in the hospitals. We’re keeping the number of patients lower than it otherwise would be, and this means less overwhelming of hospitals and health care workers. They are having a really hard time, anyway, so the more we can do to lessen their load, the better it is, both for them and for us. So we are doing a lot to help them and others just by staying home.
@@peacenow4456 I just got back home from the $ Store and not a single person there, besides me, was wearing a mask ! This apathy is why people are still spreading it and catching it. Where's the empathy for our fellow men gone ?
@@quasimobius I'm in Arizona..half wear masks half do not.. I do not!! Because this THING us NOT what the media is selling you people. Just go do the research and question..use critical thinking.. I went thru chemo and radiation 18 years ago and I was immune compromise and dr still didn't require or ask me to wear mask!!!! Miss Paula seeing you is truly a wonderful treat. I’m with Bobby you needed to do UA-cam for all your fans. Thanks for catching us up on the boys and their families. I look forward to trying your Georgia cracker salad. I’m going to replace at least 1/2 of the Mayo with avocado. Happy birthday Eddie and many blessings to you and your wonderful family. Love from California till next time
We miss you Paula! Thank you for giving us a moment to smile. I make your chicken noodle soup all the time. Its a family favorite! So happy you've decided to do UA-cam cooking. Keep those great recipes coming
Was so lucky to eat in your restaurant, best food I've ever had. And the staff was exceptional. Thought I would have to walk back to Tybee just to wear off the lunch.
I'm a senior & have never owned an iPhone, iPad, etc, but thankful for my Mac desktop. Being a fan so happy Miss Paula figured out how to do her thing (she CAN cook) a different way. She's right we're ALL in this together... and right about this being the craziest time any of us have EVER seen. Please keep love & best dishes coming Miss Paula & stay safe. 'God Bless Us Everyone.'
OMG Paula Deen!! Honestly, I was in the other room and heard that one and only crazy laugh and I was like, "is that Paula??" God love ya girl! My hubby and I miss your tv cooking shows. Bless you for doing this. Yes of course I subscribed. Please be safe and TFS
Her voice reminds me of the Name That Tune game show, just hearing a couple words from the next room is all it takes to know it's Paule talking. Some voices just always stick in our memoreies. lol, Sean Connery and Richard Burton' s voices are like that, absolutely iconic.
@Digital Candy OMG, & here it comes, racial warfare from you. I'm not racist what so ever. I resent being called a "cold hearted racist witch". Don't be doing that to me. I simply had my "personal" opinion. Let this go, I'm not playing along with the racism just to stir up fires. My opinion, My business. I said nothing wrong. Go somewhere else trouble stirrer!! Not doing this with you or anyone else.
@Digital Candy It is none of my business what people choose to do, I warned you to leave me alone for loving Paula, I reported you for hate and harassment. Leave me alone!!
Good Morning, that looks good with a nice home grown tomato. I am self quarantined and have been for over 3 weeks. Grandma Sue in central Indiana and Izzi Too
Paula, so glad to hear you laugh. Made me smile. My grandmother lived In Colquitt, Georgia and made the best caramel cake. When she died we realized that she took that recipe with her. My family has tried to recreate for years and haven’t got it right yet. Please share yours. Again, so happy you are making these videos.
Paula , remember it’s always easy for people to criticize others and I bet all those people that talked about. you not wearing glove or licking your fingers have all done the very same thing in their own homes. You are not cooking in one of your restaurants your home cooking for family and friends. You are so genuine. and that’s what makes you so wonderful. Thank you so much.
Mrs. Paula, thank you for taking the time to put together something tasty, get us updated on your family and current situation, and looking cute while doing so. Hope you are all still doing well, and stying safe & healthy. Much love, big hugs, and God Bless!
Thanks Paula, I had forgotten all about cracker salad and what a great comfort food it is. Many thanks too for this visit with you when your smile, laughter, and amazing culinary talents is a much needed respite during a time of worry, fear, and stress for so many. You are a beloved Anerican icon.
I don’t care what the media or anyone else says about you Mrs Paula I love you and I’ve learned a lot from you! You are an inspiration to me! God bless you and keep you and your family in his care!!!
Paula, thank you so much for opening your UA-cam channel! I just smile while I listen to you talking to us, to your aunt, sons, and co-workers. It’s almost like I’m visiting with my family in Tennessee. I tell, you, no one can tell a story like a Southerner! 😊💜 And thank you for acknowledging those of us who have to stay at home alone. It is difficult, but I have been cookin’ up a storm! And even though I’m following a Keto diet, I don’t care, I just have to watch every one of your videos! Lots of love and health to you, Ms Deen. 😁

I also love the caramel cake you made. My mother used to make a cake that was very similar. The only difference was she made very thin cake layers. (She was born in Hazelhurst.) The only thing is that I didn’t write down Mom’s recipe. Do you have a cookbook with that recipe in it? Or is it on your website? Thank you for showing us new and interesting recipes. And don’t worry about licking your fingers. We’re just glad you’re BACK! Blessings
Paula I live in Connecticut and I haven’t had caramel cake looking like that since my grandma passed in Macon, Georgia. I was born and raised there but followed my father and uncle with their navy careers and they both retired in Connecticut and I ended up staying. Here we are not just quarantined, we are on lockdown as New York is the next state over and we are restricted as a preventative measure for this pandemic.. I would love your caramel recipe if you don’t mind. Thank you.
God is great, he saved my life. I had a stroke in July at work, and the very next day I had open heart surgery. They said I had 5% chance to live. They also said i was gonna be paralyzed. I am still alive and not paralyzed. I know he doesnt give you more than you can handle, but I'm struggling. I cant work, so I applied for ssd. I'm still waiting. My husband decides to leave me now. I'm all alone and struggling. No money to buy gloves and masks, which I need since I'm prone to catch this virus quick and die. I dont have anything it bare in here.
Hi Paula. Getting through this is like jumping out of a plane with a parachute. It starts out tough and rough, but you have to believe that you will land just fine, or you wouldn't even jump. We will all land as soon as its time. Don't jump out of the parachute before you land. We will get past this virus. Just hold on until its over. Glad to see you Paula. I always love you.
If you've never been on UA-cam just dont get your feelings hurt by the dislikes or the trolls....they annoy all of us in the UA-cam family....so dont take it to heart....and the reason people don't hit like all the time is because they get bombarded with notifications if they hit like on everything they watch...God Bless you 😊✌💕🔴⚪🔵

@Dana McWilson And look where he is now...lol Fired!!!
A quick salad:
Can grean beans
Cut tomatoe

Paula.
Paula, this is so wonderful to see you do these in real time.
@Different People
Why are people so mean how can see give you Covid19 everyone not eating it if you don't like what she doing don't watch her video
I do it too! If people find it offensive , it is simple don’t watch. Love you Paula
Appreciate your knowledge and skills in the kitchen. No one will ever take your place. Soo missed.
Paula, you’ve always been and still are my favorite! Nice to have you here during these crazy times. 🤗
Thanks for the positive vibes! I'm from Michigan and we're on quarantine with just essential businesses open. I happen to be an essential employee. I love to cook and try new recipes! Stay healthy and God bless Paula! 🧡
The positive show helps a lot during these trying times. I am alone.
Thank you for the video, Paula. I have missed seeing you cook. What a blessing you are during these difficult times.
I was soooo happy to see you here- I miss your voice face and especially that wonderful laugh!!!
And you dont owe anyone an apology-
Good morning, please keep doing more videos like this, definitely going to make this salad!
🙏🙏
Probably taste good if you put some cubed cheese in it too
My Mama made this All my life, and I'm now 63...she called it Saltine Cracker Salad. It was Especially Good, when Granddaddy's tomatoes came in. My Mama loved this, and Salmon Patties...they pair Well together. Thanks for the memory...I'm going to make some soon.
Paula, how great to see your lovely face! You lifted my spirits : ) Thank you xo
Love these simple recipes, southern cooking. I am a country girl through and through.
Appreciate you taking the time to do your show Miss Paula! Fun to watch and gives everyone something to look forward to! Stay blessed!
Ms. Dean. You and your family have and always will be my favorite cooks on TV. My husband, son and myself had the chance to stop at your resturant in TN at Pigeon Forge, TN. Have that dinner still on the tip on on tongue and will never forget that meal. Honestly do NOT think any of us will. Came home from our trip from
MD to Texas and back to MD via a 32' motor home.

Beautiful explanation! Appreciate nurses who are at the bedside with great respect. You have no idea what they go through!
@@peacenow4456 I just got back home from the $ Store and not a single person there, besides me, was wearing a mask !
This apathy is why people are still spreading it and catching it. Where's the empathy for our fellow men gone ?
You're an idiot.
@@quasimobius I'm in Arizona..half wear masks half do not.. I do not!! Because this THING us NOT what the media is selling you people. If you stop watching your tel lie vision and drive to your local hospital like many good people are doing you would know something is not adding up.. dr fauci wrote 8 days ago in the new England journal of medicine that this stuff is akin to a cold and has a complications lead to death rate of .1 percent!!! Just go do the research and question..use critical thinking.. I went thru chemo and radiation 18 years ago and I was immune compromise and dr still didn't require or ask me to wear mask!!!! So shutting down the economy???!!! No..this is something else! Stop policing your neighbors... they are just too smart to follow the news media off of a cliff! Her voice reminds me of the Name That Tune game show, just hearing a couple words from the next room is all it takes to know it's Paule talking. Some voices just always stick in our memoreies.
lol, Sean Connery and Richard Burton' s voices are like that, absolutely iconic.
@MMN Absolutely!! She's a very kind lady to everyone. Man, they brutalized her!!

Thank you for posting on UA-cam & it doesn't matter that you don't sing, because I love hearing about your stories.
Thanks Paula, I had forgotten all about cracker salad and what a great comfort food it is. Many thanks too for this visit with you when your smile, laughter, and amazing culinary talents is a much needed respite during a time of worry, fear, and stress for so many. You are a beloved Anerican icon.

That cake on your counter! With the pecans on it? Looks yummy!
Yes...I want the recipe for the cake.
