That red 5.0 is a beauty
Had a cervinis Mach 1, or “stormin norman” hood as they called it back in the day installed after hitting a deer with my 91GT. The body shop that did the work were impressed with how well it fit and the underside finish was as good as the top side. This would of been around 1998, so sounds like they still make a quality product.

Great video..I totally agree with you about buying a tool to get the job done rather then paying someone to do it. I did the same thing when I built the exhaust system for my truck as well as other tools.

Spot on about spending some of the money from what you’d pay someone else and then learning to do things yourself. I agree 100%. The tools may cost a few bucks but learning is priceless.

Enjoyed the video. I haven’t done much welding but I plan on picking up that same welder at harbor freight. I want to weld up a lot of the holes in my engine bay when I paint my car.

Good video! I just got through installing a Cobra wing (Cervinis) on my '88 Vert. A few more holes to fill and drill on a vert though :) One tip I had for those locator tabs is to use a small piece of tape to hold the tap on the spoiler. It rips of easily when you use the larger pieces of tape to hold the tab to the trunk. With the 'vert I think there were 8 to do with no existing holes to use so there was no way to attach the spoiler as an alignment check.
Great content. Great mission statement. This channel will help so many of us. Even those of us like me who love Foxbodys, but haven't yet acquired one. You seem like(and are) such a down to earth, genuine guy. I look forward to this journey. I love all Mustangs, but back in my younger days I was a Camaro guy. I still am to a degree, but you need to talk me into finding a Fox.
I am 💯 a car guy first. Mustang guy second. I am certainly not just a Ford guy. I actually have a 57 Chevy project of mine I will be working on next. But when it comes to a Camaro, I will pick a Mustang any day 😉🤣🤣🤣
This video just took a load of stress off lol. Unlucky for me i'm doing the Stalker/Cobra Cervini's kit on a 89 LX so there's like 6 or 8 holes that have to be welded up on the hatch lol.

Got the cobra wing when I bought my 90 gt but never put it on. Now I’m putting it on a 90 LX but have no screws or gasket do you think cervani would sell me just the stuff to put it on
