Solid kicks how old are you ... I’m 45 and losing flexibility the older I get seems like ... what can i do to keep it
Getting ready to turn 34 in May. But keep at it. Superfoot Wallace just turn 73 not too long ago and still rocking the full split.
Can you please do a video on how to get better balance please

How long before you see results?
Just depends on how often you stretch and the length of time for each exercise. Everyone is going to be a little different, but if you are putting in the effort to get more flexible you should see some minor results as early as a month. May not be huge results, but will notice a difference.
