Err..no! Tyra was already a supermodel before her Victoria's Secret work. She had already done ad campaigns, covers, editorial work and a ton of runway work before she became a VS Angel.
She was just not part of the trinity and the big six, but a supermodel nonetheless. Also, don't forget that Naomi derailed her career by bitching about her being in a Versace show(Tyra ended up not working for Versace).

The male interviewer is a terrible interviewer. Naomi was going into a zone when she was asked about Mandela by the other presenter but this terrible male interviewer destroyed the zone by asking about a stupid question without letting her finish.

You're so right, as those models had a sisterhood. What many people don't know is that when a designer didn't prefer black models, Christy and linda and those girls would actually refuse to work for a designers shoes unless they featured naomi as well.

Full disclosure, a fashion photo of Naomi Campbell was the first photo of a girl that I was ever physically attracted to. I was a 13 year old white kid and I remember that even back then I was thoroughly convinced that it would be pointless to show my friends her picture because they wouldn't see what I saw in her. It has been two decades since those days but in retrospect it is kind of cute because to this day I am still picky about the types of girls I date and I still move against the grain in that regard.

Anna Bayle was great Asian model during her era and was well known in the business but not household... She started much earlier than the Supermodel Era... . She was during the Gia Carangi , Carol Alt, Elle MacPherson, Kim Alexis, Iman, group of girls. Original Supermodels which would be (Linda, Naomi, Christy, Cindy, Claudia, Helena, Yasmeen) to name a few. No models today has lived and was any better than the original supermodels.

No doubt that Naomi Campbell is a beautiful woman with a long history in the modeling industry but her heyday was 30 years ago. Naomi is the Susan Lucci of Modeling and I wouldn't be surprise if in another 10-years or so when she's 60, she will still be throwing shade at younger models.
