Tyra's behaviour in ANTM is the result of hiw she's been treated in the fashion industry for years. She has not healed from this so she tends to repeat the history. I'm not meaning she's a COMPLETE victim but her behaviour can be explained if not excused. She has to work on herself now.

Tyra also apologised so I feel this video is biased/unfair. Back in the ANTM days, Tyra was doing publicly what was being done to models (by the whole fashion industry) privately. This should give you the knowledge that Tyra, whilst not taking a good approach, probably had no idea the damage she was causing. Therefore, she meant no harm. I am glad Naomi has repented but as far as sins go amongst the two, physically assualting people or placing obstacles in the way of someone that looks like you, as Naomi did, is deliberate and intended to cause harm.
But Tyra created runway challenges and photoshoots on ANTM that were physically VERY dangerous and/or traumatizing for RATINGS!!! And the young models had no choice but to do the horrible stunt or possibly get eliminated. These actions by Tyra were deliberate and had the possibility of causing GREAT harm. And unlike Naomi, it was done for ratings (good TV) and MONEY. That's far worse than what Naomi did. And Tyra did that to hundreds of young models over the course of ANTM.

She "was not hard to work with" Naomi was related with blood diamonds in Africa, She physically abused her staff and her personal assistance, she even had to do community service because she hit and hurt her assistance face with a cellphone, she was also related with Jeffrey Epstein!!! Tyra had her moments in the show but lets not forget she was sharing what is the modeling world and it was definitely a different era. some of those allegations does not even have credibility.

This about her broke my heart. I looked up to her so much. My favorite movie was Life size. & as an adult I went back and watched someone the top model shows. Was flabbergasted how I didn’t see it when it aired. Just goes to show you have we can be influenced, have our self worth shot down, & not even see it.

I love Naomi, and for all my life I also loved Tyra. As a child I loved watching the models and they were my favorites because they felt so unique to me. Today I know the reason (all models were white but them) but child me thought they were the most pretty women because they were so rare. Also I love Naomi's chaotic energy in that problematic era of hers, Im so glad she is doing better now.

Tyra shows alot of codependent behaviour in that interview. First she stands her ground, then that fails, and then she accepts an apology that she didnt believe in. If that was Tyra with a man who wanted to date her and she had red flags about him, she'd end up in a relationship with him.

Tyra's behaviour in ANTM is the result of hiw she's been treated in the fashion industry for years.
She has not healed from this so she tends to repeat the history.

Tyra also apologised so I feel this video is biased/unfair. Back in the ANTM days, Tyra was doing publicly what was being done to models (by the whole fashion industry) privately. This should give you the knowledge that Tyra, whilst not taking a good approach, probably had no idea the damage she was causing. Therefore, she meant no harm. I am glad Naomi has repented but as far as sins go amongst the two, physically assualting people or placing obstacles in the way of someone that looks like you, as Naomi did, is deliberate and intended to cause harm.
But Tyra created runway challenges and photoshoots on ANTM that were physically VERY dangerous and/or traumatizing for RATINGS!!! And the young models had no choice but to do the horrible stunt or possibly get eliminated. These actions by Tyra were deliberate and had the possibility of causing GREAT harm. And unlike Naomi, it was done for ratings (good TV) and MONEY. That's far worse than what Naomi did. And Tyra did that to hundreds of young models over the course of ANTM.
Well in a cause and effect perspective, Tyra had more blood in her hands. The fact that many former contestants said in their OT chats they will knock Tyra out if they see her speaks volumes
