That pink gown looked amazing on Gemma Chan at the Oscars.
Yes I agree, really perfect.....
Gemma Chan is always on point with her red carpet fashion choices. I live.
Dang! This had me weeping. I cannot imagine what she’s had to put up with so others don’t have to put up with SOME of the foolishness. Pierpaolo is welcome to any family cookout. #AllBlackEverthing.
Yesss👑
@Me Too she came up as a dark skin model in the late eighties/early nineties, where models who looked like her were few and far between. you cannot imagine the discrimination she faced as a young woman?
Nina Simone once said that "an artist must reflect the times" and you Naomi have done it so beautifully throughout the decades, your work has given courage to all of us black people.

Why I'm I crying
Stop with the fuckery the ancestors sat on top of pyrimads and traveled the stars thus is nothing compared to who they were before the raping killing and stealing
This made me cry, especially the part at the beginning in the studio where Pierpaolo showed her the 'surprise' image boards that placed Naomi--and Black women--at the centre of...everything. I keep watching the little moment starting at 1:57. Naomi wears that dress in a way that every designer must wish their work would be worn. Like a second skin. Like she was born wearing it. She is the best the best the best runway artist there's ever been. So glad you are continuing to model, Naomi, continuing to share your thoughts & experiences as you get older. The world needs to hear from women as we age.
This video was just so beautiful--I'm crying again--thankyou so much for sharing it with us.
I loved how she said 4:30 "anything can happen...its life". Tells alot about her believing that u shd remain grounded no matter however high u go!❤
A legend, a pioneer, a vision! We love you Naomi
Four Dinka girls in there wow 😮 I’m so proud of my home Girls.....
Go South Sudan 🇸🇸

Ajoh Wong I love us!
Those Sudanese women are just something special. I hope that Sudanese men will continue to make these beautiful rich chocolaty chocolate baby girls. In America we don't get see hardly any of these drop-dead gorgeous deep chocolate skin tones. Shout out to Sudanese fathers who helped make these beauty-beautiful baby dolls. You all do good work.
When Naomi walk down the runway, my tears just falling down, the song also killed me, i got emotion, you were so lovely person, you deserved to get all the respect of them, stay inspire us Naomi, from Indonesian's fans
STOP. NO WAY...The Queen has a UA-cam channel?? Really?
Why not.
Seeing this, i really miss Gianni Versace just imagine if he was still alive 😭
What happened to him, still makes me so angry.
He was murdered.
Its hard for us but just imagine how awful it must be for Naomi, Gianni was like a dad to her.
@@kotaniyumiko yeah 😔
The collection would be out of this world because he'd still using Naomi as his mews

@@Naomi You're Very Welcome! ^_^
a haute couture collection that revolves around the beauty of Black women. My god, this is so monumental and i just love seeing Black women being loved on and elevated in important spaces, and we need more of this. Black women are truly a gift to this world and should be treasured as such. Thank you Pierpaolo i just cried when I saw the mood board for the collection.
Naomi! Still got “The Walk” after all these years and her expression is amazing! I love you Naomi.
That was absolutely beautiful. I cried too. Beauty in so many forms (fashion, opera and Roberta Flack - music, color, ethnicity, architecture, excitement, gratitude, respect, experience, positive change, valiant, flowers) just wow.
I've seen some of Alexander McQueen's fashion shows and they made me feel terror and suffocated but I have never seen a fashion show that actually made me cry! This was so beautiful, the kind of beauty that poets write about and the one Plato spoke of.
McQueen is GOAT. Valentino sells couture gowns and McQueen couture creates madness ❤️❤️
She is BEAUTIFUL. Her walk is still on point ❤️
She's an Icon,so beautiful,do much grace
The way all the cameras went up when she walked out.... AMAAAAZING 😭🖤🖤🖤🖤
I've always loved Naomi. I remember back in the day when she used to get bad press - I refused to believe it. I always knew there was more to her. Love her to pieces.
Pave maker I cried too seeing all these black and African ladies living their dreams and it's all because of beautiful sisters like yourself and also Iman that was a magical moment history will celebrate you to the highest star kwa kupenda sana dada yetu❤💝💚💛🌍🎆

The music at the beginning and end is 'House of Woodcock' by Jonny Greenwood from Phantom Thread Soundtrack.
Beautiful music. I wanted to know the name. You were helpful. Thanks for that
Yes, the Daniel Day-Lewis film. It was excellent. Noami was simply beautiful.

Your storytelling was so moving Naomi, your voice has so much power yet it evokes so much serenity too. I was crying few seconds upon starting the vid. Yes, this event was just so special, and will remain to be special. It is such a blessing to see you grace that show and to see those divine creations of Valentino even through videos like this. Once again, sending you love, light and protection.❤
Even though we are the same age, I use to buy up all the vogue magazines as a young adult and just daydream on supermodels...her and Christy Turlington were my favs....
♡I don't know why I'm crying, but I cried through the whole show.♡ ♡!Joyful teardrops! ♡♡
