I've been making this recipe for my family for a very long time, and it's one of my go-to's for a quick and easy dinner after a long day at work. Just pick up a rotisserie chicken at the market, a pound of penne pasta, frozen peas, a bag of shredded parmesan cheese and heavy whipping cream. Easy peasy! Also, if you're dairy free, sub the cream for Extra Creamy Oat Milk and a bag of VioLife Mozzarella Shreds. It's super yummy. Let me know if you make it 💛💜
