    Get two sets, one tight and one loose. You can wear the loose sleeves just for warmup to keep your joints nice and cozy without suffocating them (very important for me since my basement gym is always cold), then switch to the tight sleeves just for working sets.

    Should I use belt when doing deadlifts?
    Recently started lifting 100kg+
    Age - 21
    Is it necessary to use a belt
    Or can I do without a belt and not get injured

    • @bramdenotter6623
      @bramdenotter6623 5 років тому +1

      Hi, im using my belt when i hit about 120kg just for safety reasons. It depends for how long you are a deadlifter i think. Age 20.

    • @yeahbuddylightweightbaby3836
      @yeahbuddylightweightbaby3836 5 років тому +3

      Don't use a belt until 200kg, learn how to brace for now

    • @foxbody_ssp9768
      @foxbody_ssp9768 5 років тому +3

      Belts are just to keep you in a more tight/stable position you take a big breath and hold it against the belt it just makes bracing for the lift a lot easier if you're worried about safety I'd focus on perfecting your form which might mean lowering weights even tho that's what we hate to do😂
