Compressor is set at 65 psi. And yes I'm using the paint straight out of the bottle.

are you using an Iwata Eclipse HP BCS Dual ? what other airbrush I can use for t shirts in order to get fine lines or bigger areas to cover too?
Yes, I'm using iwata eclipse hp-bcs. I also like the Badger Anthem. They are very inexpensive, and will spray any line that you want.

Where do you purchase the Pellon from and what do you use to cut it with?
Airbrush.com has 14X14 squares for a buck each. I use an exacto knife to cut stencils, or scissors for large areas.
