    Excellent video, you gave those boots many more years of service. The traction sole is dearly needed, since i own a pair of slick soled Iron Rangers, and have found out the hard way, we all need traction :) but the boots get put away for our long cold winter, not to be seen again until spring.

      i don’t think it was rewelted. i see other channels that just over kill a “repair” the welt can be salvaged and save you $$

    Crazy great restoration thumbs up on choice with the blonde laces it sets off the color of the leather I was curious is the leather would shade with the wash and cream application but it came out really nice Craftsmanship gets a 10

    Good job, but I would not use the brown shoe-creme, I guess the owner wanted this, but for me it’s a no go.

      It's a saphir product for greasy leather. It's only little brown pigment, and doesn't really alter the existing color after it dries.

    Why would anyone have those re-soled? Looked to me...there was plenty of tread left in the soles and heel. 🤷‍♂️
    Ok...maybe a new sock liner. But seriously...the sole and heel looked fine.

      Babe Root he bought the shoes used, and the insoles were completely destroyed, so a whole renovation was needed

    Thats no resoling, you create a new shoestyle. Thats Not what I want for my Iron Ranger. The Sole is the Roccia for the Beckman Style.

    Yea this person must really hate his Iron Rangers to go for such an atrocious look! People Redwing will redo your sole at the Factory
