Excellent video, you gave those boots many more years of service. The traction sole is dearly needed, since i own a pair of slick soled Iron Rangers, and have found out the hard way, we all need traction :) but the boots get put away for our long cold winter, not to be seen again until spring.
Crazy great restoration thumbs up on choice with the blonde laces it sets off the color of the leather I was curious is the leather would shade with the wash and cream application but it came out really nice Craftsmanship gets a 10
So pleasing to watch such talent, craftsmanship and experience being used on restoring a truly remarkable pair of lron rangers. Thank you for sharing. Please may I know how long they’ve been worn before they winded up at your workshop for restoring?
Great work! Awesome to see a craft like this alive and well! I'm considering buying a pair og Red Wing Iron Rangers, and would you say that they are worth the somewhat hefty price tag? Thank you!
Skoservice It’s one of my favourite jobs New Boots for old It’s good to see your punch without a mushroom head Many of your counterparts do have them & it worries me about eye damage 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Bra jobbat! Jag köpte ett par iron rangers i veckan. Härligt att se dem genomgå en riktig omsulning! Har du någon hemsida eller liknande för när det är dags för mig om några år?
@@Skoservice do you have a website or any way to get in contact? I'm in dk and on the lookout for someone to resole my Wolverine 1000 miles and Redwings
Why would anyone have those re-soled? Looked to me...there was plenty of tread left in the soles and heel. 🤷♂️ Ok...maybe a new sock liner. But seriously...the sole and heel looked fine.
ca st okay, just because you did not like the sole of the shoe does not mean re-sole. just because you do not like it does not mean that the customer does not like it, I do exactly what the customer wants...

That insole has seen hell and back wow!
Beautiful work.
Thank you👌
Great job! That sole will be more stable than the original nitrile cork one.
They look great!
whatever this cost it was worth every cent
Beautiful job!
Nice job. Pity you didn't show the welting process too.
i don’t think it was rewelted. i see other channels that just over kill a “repair” the welt can be salvaged and save you $$
@@TheAlero94 yes I think you're right about this.
@@TheAlero94 generally is two or three the maximum number of times a welt can be reused?

Love ur work sir wow... Must b expensive to have a resole for u im from asia
Good job, but I would not use the brown shoe-creme, I guess the owner wanted this, but for me it’s a no go.
It's a saphir product for greasy leather. It's only little brown pigment, and doesn't really alter the existing color after it dries.
Lovely to watch as usual, what was the metal piece for there in the sole?
thank you so much, it is a shank that should stabilize the shoe

Only oiled leather saphir
@@Skoservice I bought the neutral greasy for my black Rangers and black Horween Docs. How often do you suggest conditioning?
@@matttherrien9608 hard to say, depends on how many times you use the shoes and what the weather is like, but 1 time at least in 14 days

Babe Root he bought the shoes used, and the insoles were completely destroyed, so a whole renovation was needed
You give me the jitters using a screwdriver to remove the heel. It can jump and then stab you. 😲
limrc1 no problem😂😂
Like new
Не пойму в чём прикол. Не легче новые купить?
Thats no resoling, you create a new shoestyle. Thats Not what I want for my Iron Ranger. The Sole is the Roccia for the Beckman Style.
