Have a look at the layout of a Fiat Ducato ELDDIS cv40. There is a third bed that uses the drivers captains chair and the seats and table behind. May give you some ideas.

Thanks Mike! The van has 85000 miles …. We are saving the price until the big reveal at the end 😂 We don’t have much prior experience…. Just general house DIY. Warren has a background in telecoms and has done electrical qualifications and basically can turn his hand to pretty much anything 🤘
Now I know you have had experience in sign removal Warren, so let Shell do it🤣🤣

I found cheap de icer good to remove the glue from the sign writing

Be very careful when buying an ex-plasterer's van the spilt lime ( used in rendering ) , is quite like to rust / carode right through the floor of the van .
Thank you for the info! We did not about that. We are currently in the process of stripping everything back and so far the floor looks good. We will be giving it a deep clean and then treating the small rust patches…. But so far so good 😊

No we have pretty secure roots with a business and school ….. so it will be weekends and school holidays for us! We would love to follow your journey too - let us know if you are documenting it 💜

Peugeot Boxers have a bad rep not the best engines.if it was me ide be spending money on new belt and a full service before i spend money on a build.
