Hous and work and learning englich good be happy becouse you nice girl😊،I want to move to San Francisco after I learn English well. I followed your channel. I think I will benefit from your content.😍
I loved your video. I want to move to SF to be near relatives but the pricing does sound intimidating especially for parking. I live in Texas only because i can get all amenities for the fraction of the cost but of course there's no beautiful bay area. What I'm looking for as far as amenities is the basics like washer/dryer connections, parking garage, or parking, balcony, refrigerator, stove, etc.. I noticed that all the basics I need California charges as luxury prices. Things we take for granted.
@@latanyar9377 Hi beautiful! I'm so sorry that I am responding so late. I appreciate your comment and support of this video. While the bay area is pricey, you can definitely find spots that are within budget around the outside cities of San Francisco. I'm working on dropping content that will help viewers see that you can still live the city life while comfortably affording to California as well. I agree that the basic amenities such as parking, washer/dryer etc are luxury items to San Francisco; but the outside cities make it a little more bearable for sure. Also, if you look for apartments at the right time, you can get amazing discounts and months off of paying rent as well! I hope to see you in San Francisco!
@@ashleymathis HI Ashley! Thank you for replying. It's ok. I understand life is busy. So what spots outside of SF and when is the best times you suggest?
Hahaha I agree with you! That was definitely one of the most unique apartments I have toured thus far in San Francisco. Thank you for watching the video and commenting! I appreciate you!❤
I lived in AVA apartments and trust me, that door lock takes a learning curve. It’s not the worst apartment but not the best. I liked the windows. That area fixture you weren’t sure about is for a garbage can. I used it as storage and used the counter as a coffee bar. Loved how you pro and con every apartment!
Third place was definitely best!! Biggest pro is not having the bathroom connected to your room for when you have guests. That balcony is a vibe!! I’m seeing articulate grass floor w/ a fake rose accent wall and cute table set hehe 😍
A view of old run down buildings…maybe something else out there beyond clouds or fog I guess. I’m perplexed, but to each their own. The historical wonder is long gone for me in SF ….the current stigma has ruined a once wonderful place to be and visit. Thanks Ca “leadership” 🤨
I hope you guys enjoyed today's video! What are some of the things that you look for in your future home?

I love the place myself!!! And the price is good!
The “random fixture” is a coffee or bar station.

Wowwww! You really just created a wholeeee vibe for the balcony! I stannnn
Thank you!
omg the intro 😂
Apartment 3!!!! Apartment 1 is a NO NO. Apartment 2 is alright.
Hehe I agree with you!
Boss girl I hear an accent , where are you from?
Born and raised in San Francisco; but both sides of my family come from Texas
The next big earthquake is supposed to hit soon. 8.5.
