    -I love the analogy of the “training wheels sales exercise” of genuinely prescribing a consultation for a complex procedure like myopia control or dry eye.
    -I also like the tech asking more open ended questions getting to know the patient and making notes for the doctor to review so they can custom make a plan and make the patient think through the real reason they want the procedure.
    -He has such a kind way of grabbing a patient from the lobby that was waiting too long.
