This is bad. If any area may develope in future that that value appreciation shud be to end user not builders or promoter.

I suggest, before doing such a video , approach that builder and offer them that you will make a commercial ad video of their property, they will definitely ready to give you offer. your video are absolutely good.

Commuting to and from Pune City will be extremely difficult if you want to stay there and your workplace is in the Pune City.... Also cant trust this place for Working from Home as there will be electricity issues as I know some friends who complain of electricity issues even in Bavdhan.

itni dur hai saari cheeze , kisi gaon me bna rakha hai kya villa😂 Edit: mere ghar se 1. hospital 100m,500m,1km,etc me hai 2. schools bhi 3 km ki range me 5-7 hai (big schools only). 3. shops toh 100m ki range me bahut hai , supermarts bhi hai. 4. airport ( IGI Airport) 25 min lagte hai max. 5. railway thori dur hai par fir bhi 45 min lagte hai. 6. gym bhi kaafi hai 1 km range me. 7. parks 2km ki range me 10-15 hai. 8.sports academy bhi hai almost 1.5km pe. 9. clg almost 5-10 min . etc. etc. aur haan flats idhar delhi me bhi almost same hi rate hai fir toh😂
