I like how the landlord described them as great tenants and first said they never complained and second said they paid the rent on time. Nice to know paying rent is not the most important aspect of being a good tenant.
Yes Jeff
It is
Umm yeh. Ill take things that are painfully.obvious to me for $100 alex
Because a lot of tenants, despite paying rent, are loud, obnoxious, destructive, or complain about every single little thing. I've lived in my townhouse for the last 7 years and have only had a problem once, and it was with the other neighbors parking in my designated spot. Other than that, if something breaks I fix it and submit the receipt to the landlord who takes it off my rent at the end of the month. On the other hand, other neighbors constantly call him over every single thing, don't pay rent on time, etc.

If the government is not able to secure someone's life in prison the detention is in fact a crime by itself
its designed to be that way man. as long as the prison industrial complex remains privatized nothing will ever change.
@@presidentcamacho4236 That is so stupid and selling the governing force short. If America was a free country it would simply not be allowed. Valid point.
The government are not responsible for other peoples actions. There isnt a prision in the world that guarantees safety. Prisioners are there as punishment and public protection, they knew the consequences before the crime. Maybe alternates to prision is whats needed to further reduce the burden on society and turn it into something positive.

I am in the San Fernando Valley (in the Los Angeles area about 30 miles from Santa Monica for those of you who don't know), and I enjoy going to Santa Monica A few times a year. It's a nice drive from here in the valley. Even though it has been several years since he was captured there, I absolutely can't believe that he was able to live under the radar. I would have thought there's enough people visiting Santa Monica from enough places around the country and indeed around the world that he might have been recognized. Having lived in the Los Angeles area most of my life, I know that sometimes people who are known come here from other places to just fit or melt in. He was an absolutely despicable man, but he indeed did get away with his charade for quite some time.
At approximately the 3:40 mark, the Los Angeles special agent is being interviewed and the correspondent says about using the federal team and their back up team from the Los Angeles Police Department.
