Change oat flour to quinoa flour, Stevia to date paste and do just a drizzle of dark chocolate. Gluten free and diabetic friendly. If eaten in moderation

Looks yummy, but I would ditch the Stevia, and try a less toxic sweetener, like date sugar. The problem is in how the Stevia is processed.

If making a statement like that you must show evidence or its heresay. Not all.sweeteners are made the same and the latest study went out to shame stevia and erithritol and didn't even provide a good study to show that. I will wait.

First of all it said 3/4 C oat flour (100 gr) then it said 1C of almond flour - also (100 gr). I tried this twice. Once using the cup measurement and the other time using scale for grams. Both times it was paste. Needless to say it looks great but tastes horrible
