the jukebox thing on java bassically is that you have to hook up dispensers and hoppers for it, it needs to have be put into a hopper which could despense based on the daylight sensor

Maybe even put some on the ground and close them to prevent villagers from walking in. Also, remember that lava can "jump" 4 blocks to burn a flammable block. Finally, 41:12, gold horse armour is actually better than iron horse armour.

Hey Dan, just wanted to let you know armadillos are already in the game, and they drop armadillo scutes. You can use these scutes to make wolf armour. You require six scutes and armadillos are found in the savanna. Do not kill them as they do not drop anything if killed. They drop scutes if brushed
Dan, the daylight sensor works, you just need to understand redstone in minecraft you'd need 2 discs, because I believe a hopper can put a disc into a jukebox, but you can't eject a disc from a jukebox, so you'd need to override it with another disc. Power the hopper with a daylight sensor in a way that if it's day, the hopper puts the disc into the jukebox, and the disc that was overriden goes into a hopper that transports the disc to the disc hopper, the one that puts the discs in it's just a theory though, i don't know if hoppers can put discs into jukeboxes
Dan, if you want to prepare for the new update, level up a cartographer villager to the journeyman level, they sell trial chamber maps (When the update releases that is.)
If you want your walls to look normal without a block on it, just place string on top of the wall! its nearly invisible and creates the effect you want.
For the wall problem, if you put string on top of the walls on your bridge that dont have the middle column it will create it and the string is pretty invisible.
Same for the nether bridge - use double fence gates with pressure plates on the inside to avoid villagers from fumbling their ways into the nether over time.
Hey Dan, the villagers can still jump over the iron bars into your lava bath. u gotta use fences or make the iron bars go higher. keep up the good work :)

Dan, the update that added more wolfs is the same update that has the wolf armour. It was added in 1.20.5 you need to find an armadillo in the savanna biome and brush it with a brush.

Dan! if you ever want to make an infinite lava source in the future to avoid going back and forth in the nether, place one bucket of lava and place dripstone under it, then place a cauldron under it, this way the lava will fill up the cauldron and can be collected with a bucket (Although i recommend building several of these for more efficiency)

I adore the fact that he is doing it at his own pace. He isnt rushing to build a mega base or a gigantic build, it is just dan being dan and thats more than any hardcore playthrough.
dan you can actually get the red mycelium block you need to place and grow the red mushroom on WITHOUT silk touch, you just need to find an enderman in that biome holding one of those red blocks and kill it they drop that block and you can grow it more if you bonemeal it next to netherrack and make the red trees you need. love this series!
@DanTDM, there are different types of wolves depending on the biome. My three favorites are in the grove biome,snowy tundra, and old growth forest. Also, a single lava bucket smelts 100 blocks, and horses can be fed golden apple as well as a hay block

You can place a string on top of the wall in order for it to look normal since string is very small and transparent while it can give the same wall effect as the lantern, so place string ontop!
For the daylight sensor and juke box thing to get the music disc to work the redstone is fairly simple. If you use a hopper below the juke box, you can have it going into a dispenser that points upward to a new separate hopper pointing back into the juke box. From there you can place a daylight sensor on top of the juke box and have two redstone running out and down to the dispenser. This allows the music disc to play as soon as a new day starts. Hopefully all of that makes sense and you can repeat the same steps that I did to make it. Edit: Sorry I tried to make this as clear as I could seeing as it is difficult to explain without a visual representation

these videos bring me a type of peace I cant even describe, i have been watching you since I was 5 and I'm now 15, I'm from Egypt and here once you reach grade 10 you have to choose between 3 different learning systems, there's igces, American diploma, and normal high school. they are all somehow worse than each other and it's an incredibly difficult decision to make at just 15. The decision makes it much harder to ignore the fact that I'm growing up and time is passing at an alarming rate. whenever I feel overwhelmed I just play your old mod videos again ana it brings me a temporary sense of stopping time. i truly wish you all of the best in life and I'm very glad you have decided to make a completely normal Minecraft lets play again.

You can place a string on top of the wall in order for it to look normal since string is very small and transparent while it can give the same wall effect as the lantern, so place string ontop!
quick tip, you can use the red wood from the nether to use for your mine entrance! itll match the lava lake theme as well as not catch fire

For the daylight sensor and juke box thing to get the music disc to work the redstone is fairly simple.
If you use a hopper below the juke box, you can have it going into a dispenser that points upward to a new separate hopper pointing back into the juke box. From there you can place a daylight sensor on top of the juke box and have two redstone running out and down to the dispenser. This allows the music disc to play as soon as a new day starts. Hopefully all of that makes sense and you can repeat the same steps that I did to make it.

If the bridge still looks too chunky, you should use cobbled deep slate stairs to make it 3 and a half blocks wide instead of 4!
If the stairs are to be on both sides, that'll actually make it 3-wide.
