I might have added a matt varnish but the weathering etc should provide the same protection from the elements and look forward to that episode.

Neat idea. Thanks for sharing. Something to keep in mind is that in “graphic design/type setting” round bottom letters (S,O,G,etc.) are set slightly below the ruling line. All other “flat bottom” letters are set on the line. There is a reason for this in the way the eye recognizes certain letters. Google for more insight.

What type of vinyl did you use? Removable, permanent, waterproof, etc?
