I can fully recommend getting an airbrush to assist in painting. I've done several colors up on over 150 boyz so far in only a handful of hours. Not finished, but way closer than I was.
Things to note: Trukk + Tank Shot Strat is pure gold. Beast Boss + Fallback & Charge Enchantment Cunning but Brutal is cool, you can charge each turn even if you stuck in. Nobz + Trukks + Buff charakter are better than Mega Nobz. Megas just got too few Attacks. And if you don't spam High T and Save models they will just get focused by the enemy anti tank. Because they are simply the only real high save target. The Squigbuggy is expensive. And more so if you spent a Mek standing besides him. His Gun will seldom gets its points back. Ya you can shoot hidden targets, but I don't see it as a rly nice unit. Imo Infiltrate and Scout moves are so important this edition. So play your Zodgrod and Kommandos.
Big Mek is definitely the move if you want to lean in to durability. The Warboss moving the unit off of 4+s to hit is pretty huge if you're wanting to lean into damage though.
@@Dre0oqghaz does it better than the warlord though and you have an extre damage having him protected by the meganobz you star with him and 5 meganobz inside a trukk and have fun

Nobs with Warboss is my MVP every game in 10th. Also, they have the Grenade keyword, and they are usually within 8" of a nice target before I charge. If the Gretchen got me extra CP, I use it for that, otherwise this is also the unit I choose for Unbridled Carnage.
@@Stevie28 Not with Nobs. I do have one with my Burna boys. They don’t do nearly as much damage, but they do survive. I usually use them to tie up a shooty unit thats covering an objective.
I’m not sure if I’m missing anything but at 9:42 they mention Super Cybork Body on the DeffKilla Wartrike. The Deeffkilla Wartrike is a warboss and a leader but is not a character so cannot currently have enhancements on him
I once Careen! My Killrig into the enemies Artillery backline and did 11 mortal wounds in total. The cherry on top is that the opponent miracle diced the explode check to a 6, expecting it to blow up my units on the objective 😂
I ran him with 20 grots 2 Runt herder's ran them straight into Karanak and his hounds softened up with shooting then wiped the quad leaving Karanak on 1 wound. Zodgrods was then targeted with precision and died. The grots still stuck around the whole game farming CP. I really enjoyed running them
Just bought and built war bikes and I'm getting the combat patrol come payday. Played them as a kid, had the old orks vs marines box with the deffkopters and dreadnought from I think it was the fifth edition starter box (assault on black reach), win or lose orks are always a god laugh
Bit of a noob here, but since you asked when Kunnin but Brutal would be used, I have it on a bike leader. I can pull back, let my shooty stuff shoot the target, then charge again. My other big use is changing targets. If the unit I'm stuck in melee with doesn't have enough left to be worth keeping the bikers tied up I can withdraw and charge something else. Additional info, I'm running the forgeworld unit Nobz on Bikes who have power stabbas which have the lance rule, so it's good in that regard too.
Awesome video! Kunnin’ but brutal is great on a Beast boss, as he gets dev wounds on the charge and has 4+ anti vehicle/monster. That said it doesn’t always come up, but if you’ve got 15 points is excellent in case you charge something that doesn’t die or you get tied up by something that’s not vehicle/monster. We all know how good anti-x + dev wounds is so having that more reliably is very helpful👌
Honestly 'Ere We Go has been a game changer for me a few times. Pop it on some Nobz or Meganobz and they will almost always make their charge and kill whatever they hit.

In the points manual, it specifically lists Ghazghkull Thraka as being 2 models, so does seem like it's intended, but who knows, maybe they'll change it?

i’m currently building a 2000pts army of orcs to fight tau. Any advice or recommendations on what units to buy and use? I have very little knowledge on battleing
I'm going Blood axes, tactical building hopping with flash gitz for overwatch. Character heavy, each with their corresponding bodyguard if possible. The maps for my tourny this weekend are building and terrain heavy, so it doesn't appear getting truks around the board would be easy.
Haha I struggled to be honest the light behind the main camera is like a sun and I've got an eye condition that makes it very hard to look at. Something to work on!
In addition I’d say you two have great banter and presence and show your love and enthusiasm which get the idea of the stream conveyed much better than a more structured presentation.Tell Box you need to be on the channel more often.

The Mek only gives +1 to hit on an Ork vehicle MODEL. So, not a big deal with singular vehicle but let’s say a group of 6 Killa Kans, only one model in that unit is getting +1 not the whole unit itself.
ghaz+makari =18 they also erratad that ghaz can't go in a trukk or hunter/kill rig if you running ghaz you run him on foot with 6 meganobz that unit becomes a sink hole for your opponenet either they ignore it and you get free objectives and points or they spend 1-2 turns using their entire army to remove it
So as things stand u can take ghaz +5 meganobs into a truck , ghaz is infanty takes 3 slots with makari, also meganob dont have mega armor key word so they also take only 1 slot in transport :D
RAW (rules as written) Ghaz only takes one spot in a trukk and one for makari. Also mega nobs only take one spot, they dont have mega armor keyword ... just another example of GWs care for details when it comes to rules

I was just reading up on the ghaz and makari. One person Mentone that even the battle wagon is referencing space, it's looking at keywords. At first i tight this would mean makari was includes. Now thought technically makari would take up 18 slots since he has the "ghaz" keywords.
guys i charged Ghazkull and a 6 man meganob at 2 wardogs. ghazkull killed the 1 wardog easy. The 6 man meganobz did not manage to kill a wardog. it was my waagh turn. so they are not that good.
Bought my first 40K army as Orks! 2500 points and have been spending a ton of time putting them together… I love them so much, what a great time.

Nobz with power klaws, Warboss with follow me ladz in a Trukk is one of the best combos in the index right now.

@Tester-lw2ob Sure, but Ghaz is twice as expensive and him fitting in a truck is likely to get FAQ'd since he's 18 models in the Battlewagon.

Did you try the painboy instead of the Warboss? I'm torn but I'm leaning towards Warboss as well

Very orky! They shouldn't have been able to explode with a miracle dice though, you can't use them for a deadly demise roll.

What do you think about Burma Boyz in a trukk?
It’s most definitely a useful combo but will be very match dependent in my opinion you’ll struggle taking out heavily armoured units.
And also they are losing the ability burna boyz are crazy bad right now
The combo of shying buggy and mek. Are the +1 to hit infantry and +1 to hit from mek stackable meaning hitting infantry on a 3+

41:05 squighogs are not vehicles. Anti-Tank wont work.

If Markari is included in Gazguls kit doesn't he count within the 18 models so gazgul alone

Count them both as the same model. Makari + Ghaz = 18 models, Makari or Ghaz alone also is 18 models since the datasheet is "Ghaz".

Under the profile of there trukk it says each mega nob takes up the space of two models.
