@Fighterfish01-p2s I went with my favorite by name. The Sloppity Bilepiper. I then immediately realized I shouldn't start by painting him since he's tiny and detailed and he'd be my first, so I'm looking into a Nurgle vanguard box.

Rad bomb and scout moves both happen at the beginning of the battle round, so you should be rolling off to see which goes first, otherwise scouts will always escape rad bomb.
29:04 auto canons have 4shots but not twin linked anymore
27:21 robots don’t benefit from doctrinas unless in their special detachment
1:18:23 conquerer imperative increases Ap on both shooting and melee if your are near a battleline

I think this video was an improvement over some of the initial ones with the new setup :)
I think one of the problems was that it felt too distant, but there have been a lot more zooms this time, so I think that covers it well enough. Naturally it's not quite the same as handheld, but it has other advantages ofc. Glad you guys are still improving the new concept!

I don't know Warhammer but the language being borrowed from would have likely said skitari "eye" like denarii but both are acceptable today, like with a C most likely not being a soft s sound but a hard k, it's changed over time or as we've continued to learn about pronouncing old languages. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Great game guys! Just remember that the kastelan robots do not get doctrina buffs since they do not have the faction keyword outside of the cybernetica detachment. The round 2 and onward radzone bombardments also happen during the admech command phase instead of the start of each battleround as well.
I would recommend running a fist for each kastalen robot, not having that S12 melee threat only to get the benefit of twin linked is poor design
i felt physical pain seeing you guys forget about the Dev Wound on the Electro-Priest, the amount of 6 he rolled... on wounds...

He game them a 4+ feel no pain (should be 5+) though so kind of a trade off? 😅

My bad, they were indeed lead by a Tech Priest Dominus. Couldnt see him on the battlefield.

congrats on the win for skari, ad mech also looks like a fun army, though i dont like the miniatures.
It didnt effect the rolls, but t1, the cannon shots into the bots, they would still be in aegis so they would be toughness 10 not 9.
Feel that with the electropriests. No matter what defensive buffs you give them, one stiff breeze and they’re gone.
One good way to get good value out of them is put a tech priest Dominus in with them they get a feel no pain4+ with a dunerider gets them off right in the thick giving them as much of a chance of living as possible
@@anhojghost8913 yeah but the dunerider doesn’t have assault ramp (despite having an ACTUAL RAMP) and giving them the fnp with only one wound means they absorb far less damage than units like death company.

I keep trying to make Explorator work in order to give them the Genetor enhancement (4+ inv save). But playing Explorator just seems like actively handicapping my army.
Thanks for the game! Minor nit, I think in rad zone cohort the robots dont' have the army rule so they won't be hitting on 3's, and while they did bump the Autocannon chickens to 4 shots they lost their twin link unfortunately

I notice everyone is promoting Wayland Games these days and always say they have worldwide shipping. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I can't buy any Warhammer 40k items from them, I live in the USA and it says they don't ship to my area. They should really call this out if that's a known thing as it caused me a lot of confusion!
They ship everything BUT gw products to the US, some kind of rights thing i assume. They mention it most of the time.

Good game. Small correction. The plural for skitarii is skitarii, not skitaryiai. And if its just one it is a skitarius (that came up a few times with the single surviving sergeant.) also if the orks took damage from the fallout they need to roll a battle shock test with the new rad bombardment detachment ability.

Skarii, when you call the WAAAGH, until the stsrt of the next battle round warbosses get +4 attacks and the megaboss damage goes to 3. It doesn't say they need to be on the battlefield at the start of the Waaagh to get it
In the commentary and FAQs did it not say they have to be on the table to get the ability?
@@SkaredCastyou are correct. I see it in the new FAQ on the app for 6/20/24. I apologize, that is not the way it was being ruled before, at least for me at tournaments. Just came from one where we got the benefits.

As an Admech player, I'm soo glad to see more people using them, praise the Omnissiah🙏🏻may your labours be effective and fruitful🙏🏻
And for the list, well...
1. Rad-Zone Corp will be the LEAST using detechment after the changes, as they're still carrying the sin from last year...if you like a combine-list, I prefer Explorator Maniple, a way more fun detechment👍🏻
2. I know everyone are so excited for the Ballistarii, but seriously, a single Ballistarii can't do much...please bring his friends and make a threat🤦🏻♂️
3. The new changes are kind of logging us to only use protector Imperactive (some detechment are not), in this case, I will prefer using Ballistarii than Dragoon, that's more likely to take out units🤔
4. Kastelan Robots and Datasmith are umm...kind of being boycott by Admech, since they're the only two without army rule🤦🏻♂️so yeah, don't bring them, more Onager will also do the work🤦🏻♂️
5. Although Ruststalker has been buffed, I'll say that they still in a rough time...not really supported by army rules, no change for the AP, it's just not looking good🤦🏻♂️maybe more Infiltrator will be better ? At least they can take objective marker faster🤔
6. Fulgurite Eletro-Priest DEFINITELY have a Devastating wound on their weapon, please don't forget it😂and Ballistarii lost Twin-link for more shots, fair trade, I'll say🤔
7. Cawl's changes is actually not that enough imo...maybe bring a Vanguard to support is more like it🤔

Just one bit of a note of criticism, if you want to call the WAAAGH by shouting “WAAAGH!!!” You should really try to work on adding some bass and grit to your voice. As it is, you kind of sound like a small child trying to sound like a fully grown man trying to sound like a teenager.
