Really glad that Pegg got a chance to shine before his exit from the show - Hugh Sr. really was underutilized over the years.. in a way thats kinda the tragic story of Hughie and his relationship since Robin died.. he just sorta faded into the background, albeit he never complained about it.
I think Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s character is all in Butchers mind. At the end in the barn, when he was talking to Sameer, Sameer looked over to where Kessler should’ve been as if he couldn’t see him. It’s all in Butchers head. Part of his ‘Venom’ personality from the V. No one else has interacted with him, because he’s not really there.
When Annie says "You should really talk to someone." to Frenchie it's not like he hasn't. He tried all his avenues. I haven't done anything like him but I can relate. Sometimes it just doesn't work
Regarding Frenchie's change of heart, don't forget that he was in rehab. This is probably the first time ever that he's been sober for an significant amount of time. And part of the rehab process is to seek apologize to those that were injured by the patient's actions.
First thing, I saw your screenshot before I watched the episode and was like, "OMG, why is crying?! WHY IS SHE CRYING?! What happened?!?" Then I immediately went to watch the episode. It seemed like this episode lasted FOREVER! I thought, I can get through this, but Simon FRICKIN' Pegg broke me!! I was an absolute mess, like blubbering. SMH. Why do we put ourselves through this?!
Just watched this with my 2 pals, one of them his father had a stroke aswell like hughies, so this hit harder for him and I hated knowing that it hurt him more :( (sorry if that's an overshare🤣) but other than the episode is hyping is for the last 3🙌🤯
Of all the shows to make me cry, I never expected it to be The Boys. What an absolutely heartbreaking scene with outstanding performances.

If you have ever had a relative with alzheimers this episode it really rough. Thanks for the great reaction Jess.
I feel like every one of your The Boys reactions is 20% you looking nervous and 80% you looking shocked lmao
my beloved stepfather died of a stroke so this episode hit me like a comet in the feels

Even after what happened last episode, Annie still can't keep her emotions in check. She has learned nothing.
"This man is in no condition to fuck a sheep" is the funniest line of the entire show to date :)
RIP Hugh Campbell Sr. 😢💔
The look of absolute dismay on Homelander's face when he says "that's the title we went with?" is hilarious
This was the most Supernatural esque episode of the series.
I think he’s hallucinating Jeffery dean Morgan

I’m beginning to think the JDM’s character is just in Butchers head as well. 🤔
I knew this would be a tough one for you, sending hugs and lots of love <3
Now seen it seven times with this reaction.
Sage CLEARLY inows it's A-Train from her phrasing.
