Love your videos! We are retiring to Florida with plans to create a glamping experience for our guests. Our plan is to buy property and set up six domes as a start. We’ve broken our campground build into four stages over four years. As we grow, we plan on becoming the premier, upscale site in Florida. Wish us luck!

This was helpful. My biggest challenge is sourcing the dome! Can I get some help with that like who got your dome or similar company
We used Pacific Domes and love ours! I would strongly caution against going with the cheapest dome possible.
This is a good overview of the whole process. I have a nice lake view lot on the border of MO and Arkansas on Bull Shoals Lake that i had originally wanted to do an AirBnb type of set up w a dome or similar but in the end decided the cons outweighed the pros, at least for the time being - the biggest being that I like to spend more time there myself than I thought I would ! especially in the peak season. the second was the difficulty in finding (and keeping) a caretaker as I'm about 1.5 hrs away and there simply are not too many people around that want to do that kind of job. Fortunately permitting in the area are some of the most lenient I've ever seen so that was not an issue. Each of the 5 steps you mention are really excellent but i would suggest that the order in which to think/plan about them need to be flexible because a "no" on one of them can cancel out the others even if they are a "yes". Look forward to your other vids on this as they are very helpful.
I totally understand loving the place so much you want to spend more time there personally! I also understand your caretaker situation-- our property is located 2 hours way from where I live and the city has a population of 1,000. It's not easy! 😆

excellent information. I can imagine the winter being in an uninsulated home 🥶 how are you dealing with the cold temperatures? are you constantly keep the fire going? I’m interested learning more about this dome.
Winter is very cold! We have an oversized wood stove that keeps things cozy, but needs to be stoked regularly.
