Thank you for this assistance. The reason I found your video was that I just uncovered a few old art supplies that have been in storage for about 25 years, and I never knew I had these. I have a set of 24 in a tin and this set is missing some of those beautiful muted colours. But just so you know, they are still working just as new! I can't wait to experiment a little.
I have the Sargent Art Watercolor Crayons and they even come in the same box. It's a bit confusing but I really like mine a lot. I also have The Mungyo Water soluble wax pastels and they are good too.
Thank you for watching. Yes, Mungyo makes very good water soluble media, I really enjoy using them. They are also very affordable and last a long time.
Now that I watch this again, your set's colors look so much brighter, like more pigmented 😭 or is it the camera lighting? 🤔 But your light blue just looks so good. My light blue is so weak and it dissolves the worst out of all the colors, leaving the most marks. I still love these crayons but man, I am not happy with the light blue, so I'm going to pick a blue from neocolor II in open stock just to make myself feel better 😂
I dunno haha, I might have edited them too saturated. If I don't want marks, I simply dissolve them on a palette. Especially for sky. I do the same with Inktense.
hello thank you for the sharing! Very informative and helpful! Have tried Caran Dache before? I have a set of 10 colors. They work well. and i wanna try other brands. Thank you!🥰🙏
Yes, I have a video called "The Great Watercolour Crayon Comparison Video" where I compare four different brands. Caran d'Ache is not my favorite brand to use wet, however I do enjoy using them dry, as simple crayons. Next week's video is actually going to be a spring themed Neocolor 2 drawing.

It’s such a great idea to put them near the Sun for 2 weeks to check fading ! 🙏🏻 ❤
Thank you! I just got this set.
