Ram thrown was in the real timeline, not a failed loop. Ram is having trouble remembering because of gluttony erasing Rem, why would Ram be thrown for Rem if she supposedly didn't "exist." Why would Ram be thrown in the first place?

Ram remembered being thrown to someone because it happened, but didn’t remember being thrown to someone because no one was there, a contradiction brought on Gluttony, hence the headache.
About the moment ram remembered. The reason its vague for her is because its a memory that involved rem. it did happen on the life that subaru survived so no ram did not remember a previous life
So pretty sure Beatrice was the "shut-in" that Elza came for, the two maids being Fredericka and Petra. I won't go into more detail than that for obvious reasons

i think it says a lot about petra in episode 6 that when she had a knife to her throat she told everyone to run away instead of help her
