Future reference for "Punching holes" in the webbing (strap). Take a nail, heat with lighter or other flame, push thru material. It also melts the loose ends so it doesn't fray.
@Darkwingdad One question with the snaps. You mention that the gun tool will hit and crack the plastic. What about using the manual two-piece anvil and setter combo with a hammer. Do you think that method would crack the plastic? Or, what about a hockey helmet repair kit so the male end of the snaps are screwed in?
@@603VIL there a manual punch kits that work amzn.to/46cLk6p there are guns that won’t hit the plastic but they are $35. This kit i linked worked good but the rivets are brass & a little pressure on a towel and they bend without damaging the print. I reinforce them with e6000 as well
@@Darkwingdad thank you! I am hesitant to do that as my mask is only half face mask and is also quite top heavy, so I was afraid the hot glue wouldn’t hold
@@aestheticamely7867 you’ll be fine, if you want an example of the best way to glue it shoot me an email or hop on my discord n ill send a pic over. I use industrial black glue sticks, never once had an issue
Good -vid I'll save it for when I need it - congrats on the new channel.

Would it be possible to make this harness with the straps on the inside of the mask instead of the outside?
@@aestheticamely7867 yes you can simply just hot glue it in place instead it will still work the same!
